(foto Thinkstock)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Z u\u017eivanjem dolo\u010denih \u017eivil lahko ko\u017eo dodatno za\u0161\u010ditimo pred \u0161kodljivimi vplivi UV \u017earkov. Na <span style=\"color: #000080\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.umm.edu\/altmed\/articles\/skin-cancer-000029.htm\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">univerzi v Marylandu<\/span><\/a><\/span> so zbrali vsa dosedanja dognanja o ko\u017enem raku ter se pri tem dotaknili tudi nutricionisti\u010dnega vidika preventive. Pa poglejmo, katera \u017eivila znanstveniki priporo\u010dajo proti ko\u017enemu raku.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoge raziskave so se osredoto\u010dile na za\u0161\u010ditne u\u010dinke antioksidantov, kot so vitamin C, vitamin E, beta karoten, cink, vitamin A ter drugih snovi, kot so folna kislina, ma\u0161\u010dobe in beljakovine ter dolo\u010dena \u017eivila v celoti. Rezultati so pokazali, da \u017eivila, kot so ribe, stro\u010dnice, skuta, bu\u010de, korenje, zelje, brokoli in druga zelenjava z viskoko vsebnostjo beta karotena in vitamina C, lahko pomagajo za\u0161\u010dititi ko\u017eo pred UV \u017earki. Nekateri poskusi, izvedeni na \u017eivalih, so pokazali, da soja in laneno seme \u0161\u010ditita pred vsemi oblikami raka.<\/p>\n<h2>Druge snovi v hrani, ki \u0161\u010ditijo ko\u017eo pred vplivom sonca<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Apigenin, flavonodi, ki ga najdemo v sadju in zelenjavi, predvsem v brokoliju, zeleni, \u010debuli, paradi\u017eniku, jabolkih, \u010de\u0161njah, grozdju, \u010daju in vinu<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kurkumin, vir te snovi je razviden iz imena: kurkuma<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Rezervatol, najdemo ga v olupkih grozdnih jagod, rde\u010dem vinu in v ara\u0161idih<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kvercetin, flavonoid, ki ga najdemo v jabolku in \u010debuli<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zeleni \u010daj vsebuje polifenole, izjemno u\u010dinkovite antioksidante. Antioksidanti v telesu reagirajo s t.i. prostimi radikali, ki po\u0161kodujejo na\u0161o DNK, kar lahko povzro\u010di raka. Nekatere raziskave so pokazale, da polifenol &#8216;EGCG&#8217;, ki ga zeleni \u010daj vsebuje najve\u010d, prepre\u010duje razvoj ko\u017enega raka in upo\u010dasnjuje rast ko\u017enih tumorjev. To je le \u0161e en <span style=\"color: #000080\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moski.si\/sodoben-moski\/moje-zdravje\/16-razlogov-zakaj-bi-moral-redno-piti-zeleni-caj\/\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">razlog za pitje zelenega \u010daja.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sve\u017ea sadje in zelenjava pa sta tako ali tako najbolj\u0161a hrana za vro\u010de dni, najbolje pa se od\u017eejamo z doma\u010dim ledenim \u010dajem: 3 \u010dajne vre\u010dke prelijemo s pol litra vrele vode, pustimo stati 3min, odstranimo vre\u010dke, litrski vr\u010d napolnimo z ledenimi kockami in vanj zlijemo vro\u010d \u010daj ter dodamo sok ene limone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Najbolj\u0161a za\u0161\u010dita pred ko\u017enim rakom je izogibanje UV \u017earkom.
