Pomembno je, da se zavedamo, da ni vsak dan praznik in da nekatera \u017eivila neugodno vplivajo na zdravje. To so energijsko bogata \u017eivila, z veliko ma\u0161\u010dob, sladkorja in soli, po na\u010dinu priprave pa predvsem ocvrta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Na zabave ne hodimo la\u010dni, temve\u010d doma pred dogodkom pojejmo nekaj lahkega. Torej, pomemben je razmislek ter na\u010drtovanje obrokov v naprej, s \u010dimer se izognemo prenajedanju,&#8221; je dejala Turkova.<\/p>\n<p>Ob tem je treba po njenih besedah paziti tudi na velikost obrokov, izbirajmo torej manj\u0161e porcije, pri \u010demer si lahko pomagamo z manj\u0161imi kro\u017eniki. Pred vsakim obrokom je treba spiti kozarec vode ali nesladkanega \u010daja, kar nas vsaj malo nasiti in odvrne od pretiranega u\u017eivanja hrane.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ne glede na skorajda pregovorno obvezno prisotnost tradicionalnih jedi poskrbimo, da bo jedilnik kolikor se le da uravnote\u017een, torej tudi z dovolj zelenjave, sadja, ka\u0161 ter izdelkov iz polnovrednih \u017eit. S tem zau\u017eijemo dovolj vitaminov in mineralov in zlasti dovolj vlaknine, ki ugodno vpliva na na\u0161o prebavo. U\u017eivajmo tudi manj mastno mleko in mle\u010dne izdelke ter puste vrste mesa, ki mu odstranimo tudi vidno ma\u0161\u010dobo. Pazimo pa tudi na dovolj \u010dasa, ki ga bomo namenili telesni aktivnosti,&#8221; opozarja Turkova.<\/p>\n<p>Pojasnila je \u0161e, da nekatere tuje raziskave ka\u017eejo, da prehrana med prazniki lahko vpliva na pove\u010danje telesne te\u017ee, v povpre\u010dju se zredimo za 1,5 kilograma, sicer pa drugih dolgoro\u010dnih posledic ni. Izjema so lahko kratkotrajne prebavne te\u017eave, ki pa obi\u010dajno minejo brez ve\u010djih zapletov. Poslab\u0161a se lahko tudi na\u0161e po\u010dutje, razpolo\u017eenje in storilnost. Praviloma lahko pride do te\u017eav le v primeru prenajedanja, neustrezne prehrane ali prevelikih odmerkov alkohola, zato moramo biti toliko zmerni, da do teh te\u017eav sploh ne pride.<\/p>\n<p>V primeru zaprtja je najbolj\u0161a telesna dejavnost in hrana z veliko vlaknine. Zau\u017eijemo lahko ve\u010d surove zelenjave, lupinastega sadja, sokov ter jabolk. Uporaba prehranskih dopolnil, ki dokazano spodbujajo izlo\u010danje \u017eelod\u010dne kisline, prebavnih encimov ali pa krepijo naravno \u010drevesno floro, je smiselna le v primeru indikacij.<\/p>\n<p>Prazni\u010dno prenajedanje pa je pogosto motiv za odlo\u010ditev o huj\u0161anju in dieti. Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da nestrokovno huj\u0161anje, enoli\u010dna prehrana ali dolo\u010dene izklju\u010ditvene diete lahko celo \u0161kodijo zdravju, zato je treba praznike po mnenju Turkove pre\u017eiveti z uravnote\u017eeno prehrano in dnevno rekreacijo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Slovenski prazniki so \u017ee pregovorno vezani na prazni\u010dno oblo\u017eeno mizo, pogostej\u0161e prenajedanje in opu\u0161\u010danje telesne dejavnosti.
