Raziskovalci so za potrebe \u0161tudije prosili star\u0161e 715 otrok, da bele\u017eijo njihovo spanje podnevi in pono\u010di, kako hitro otrok zaspi, kako pogosto se zbudi pono\u010di ter koliko \u010dasa pre\u017eivi za elektronsko napravo.<\/p>\n<p>Tri \u010detrtine otrok tablico ali telefon uporablja dnevno, pri otrocih, starih med dvema in \u0161tirimi leti, je odstotek zna\u0161al 92.
