Lani se je v resnici nadaljevala rast prometa z nepremi\u010dninami, ki se je za\u010dela z intenzivno o\u017eivitvijo trga leta 2014, in to predvsem na ra\u010dun \u017eivahnej\u0161ega trgovanja s stanovanjskimi nepremi\u010dninami in zemlji\u0161\u010di za gradnjo. Cene stanovanjskih nepremi\u010dnin so v letu 2015 dosegle dno, lani pa so se spet za\u010dele zvi\u0161evati. Analitiki torej ugotavljajo, da je na trgu v letu 2016 pri\u0161lo do censkega preobrata.
