To je podkurilo povpra\u0161evanju po nepremi\u010dninah, zato so cene po ve\u010dletni nepremi\u010dninski krizi spet za\u010dele rasti. Pregled 19 nacionalnih trgov To je glavna ugotovitev pregleda evropskega trga stanovanjskih nepremi\u010dnin, ki ga je pripravila najve\u010dja evropska mre\u017ea nepremi\u010dninskih dru\u017eb RE\/MAX. Deluje v ve\u010d kot 100 dr\u017eavah, tudi v Sloveniji, kjer povezuje 13 nepremi\u010dninskih agencij. Ima obse\u017eno bazo internih podatkov in ti so bili poleg dostopnih tr\u017enih informacij podlaga za poro\u010dilo o stanovanjskih nepremi\u010dninah.
