Zdru\u017eitev osvobaja duha vseh ob\u010dutij lo\u010denosti in iluzije \u010dasa, prostora in vzro\u010dnosti. Povezava uma in duha poskrbi za bolj\u0161e samozavedanje svojega telesa, bolj\u0161e prepoznavanje svojih meja in s tem bolj\u0161e prepoznavanje simptomov razli\u010dnih bolezni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sr\u010dna joga je osredoto\u010dena na anahata \u010dakro, tj. energetski center in na samo srce<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V delu so predstavljeni razli\u010dni na\u010dini, prijemi, s katerimi lahko vsak posameznik okrepi svoje srce in poskrbi za bolj\u0161e po\u010dutje in zdravje. Izgorelost kot stanje fizi\u010dne, \u010dustvene in mentalne iz\u010drpanosti se s prakticiranjem joge zmanj\u0161a in za\u0161\u010diti posameznika, da bolje premaguje \u010dustveno obremenjujo\u010de situacije. Z dihalnimi tehnikami se telo dodobra prediha, napolni z novim sve\u017eim zrakom, dihalne poti se o\u010distijo. Sr\u010dna joga pove\u010duje vzdr\u017eljivost, mo\u010d in pro\u017enost celotnega telesa, pove\u010duje vitalnost in izbolj\u0161a pretok energije po telesu, zmanj\u0161uje napetost v telesu, upo\u010dasni staranje, pospe\u0161i regeneracijo, poskrbi za notranji mir in ravnovesje v telesu, izbolj\u0161uje umsko in telesno kondicijo, odpira nove dimenzije mi\u0161ljenja, omogo\u010da prostore za duhovni razvoj, kar vpliva na bolj\u0161e celostno po\u010dutje in zdravje posameznika.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Namen sr\u010dne joge:<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kot je zapisano v Slovenskem medicinskem slovarju, je \u00bbsrce (\u2026) votel mi\u0161i\u010dni organ v prsni votlini, ki poganja kri po \u017eilah.\u00ab A srce je veliko ve\u010d kot le organ, je nadnaravni \u010dude\u017e, ki nas ohranja pri \u017eivljenju. Sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni so bile po zadnjih raziskavah vzrok za 38 % smrti v Sloveniji in tudi eden glavnih vzrokov v razvitem svetu. Namen Sr\u010dne joge je prebuditi zavest ljudi o srcu in o zdravju srca ter raz\u0161iriti pogled na zdravljenje samega srca. Predvsem je v ospredju poudarek na preventivi, in sicer kako lahko preventivno poskrbi vsak posameznik za svoje srce.
