Ste \u017ee kdaj pomislili, da vam prav va\u0161e jutranje navade in rituali to prepre\u010dujejo? \u0160e vedno ne veste, o \u010dem govorimo? Kmalu vam bo vse jasno.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Predolgo spite<\/h2>\n<p>Ko spite premalo, hormon stresa &#8211; kortizol, ki se takrat proizvaja, pove\u010duje va\u0161 apetit. Tudi preve\u010d spanja ne vpliva dobro na va\u0161o postavo. Rezultati raziskave so namre\u010d pokazali, da \u010de spite ve\u010d kot 10 ur na dan, lahko to privede do ve\u010dje telesne te\u017ee. \u0160e dobro, da si malokdo lahko privo\u0161\u010di tak\u0161en luksuz.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Zbujate se v temi<\/h2>\n<p>Takoj, ko se zbudite, dvignite rolete in odmaknite zavese. \u017darki jutranjega sonca spodbujajo va\u0161 metabolizem, tudi telo se hitreje zbudi. \u017de samo 20-30 minut dnevne svetlobe zadostuje za pozitiven vpliv na indeks telesne mase.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ne pospravljate postelje<\/h2>\n<p>Verjamemo, da se sli\u0161i \u010dudno, vendar ni. Ameri\u0161ka raziskava je namre\u010d pokazala, da ljudje, ki vsak dan pospravijo posteljo, tudi bolj\u0161e spijo. Dober in zdrav spanec je tudi optimalna pot do lepe postave.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Za zajtrk ne jeste dovolj<\/h2>\n<p>Vsako jutro si privo\u0161\u010dite zdrav, okusen in bogat zajtrk. Dr\u017eimo se pravila, da ne pozabimo zajtrkovati! Brez zajtrka se bomo te\u017eje zbrali, mo\u017egani bodo delovali po\u010dasneje, mnogo hitreje pa se bo pojavila \u017eelja po kosilu.
