Postanemo nestrpni pri \u010dakanju v vrstah, v prometu, bolj nestrpni do drugih ljudi. Tovrstne reakcije opravi\u010dujemo s tem, da imamo slab dan, da nam nagajajo hormoni ali pa, preprosto &#8211; slabi vzgoji.<\/p>\n<p>Ajurveda razlaga te reakcije nekoliko druga\u010de: vro\u010dina pove\u010duje pita do\u0161o. Pita je ena izmed ajurvedskih do\u0161 (vata, pita, kapha). \u010ce je oseba \u017ee sama po sebi pita tip, poleti obstaja \u0161e ve\u010dje tveganje, da pade iz ravnote\u017eja.<\/p>\n<p>Znaki povi\u0161ane energije pita so: nestrpnost, zgaga, refluks, \u017eelod\u010dne razjede, ob\u010dutljivost na vro\u010dino, zaspanost, sarkazem, izpu\u0161\u010daji, turi, akne, nizek krvni sladkor in te\u017eave z spanjem. Pove\u010dan nivo energije pita skoraj vedno privede do razli\u010dnih vnetij, povzro\u010da zadr\u017eevanje vode, zabuhle o\u010di, pordelost, poslab\u0161a kroni\u010dne bolezni, vnetje lasi\u0161\u010da, vnetja ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<h2>Treba je ostati hladen!<\/h2>\n<p>Za uravnote\u017eenje ognjene pite je potrebno ostati hladen, zato ajurveda priporo\u010da\u00a0 nekaj preprostih rutin in prehranskih smernic. Dva dejavnika, ki mo\u010dno vplivata na na\u0161e po\u010dutje, sta hrana in vadba. Oboje je treba prilagoditi glede na posameznikov ustroj (kateri tip energije prevladuje) in letni \u010das.<\/p>\n<p>Tisti, ki se ukvarjamo z jogo, lahko uporabljamo razli\u010dne jogijske prakse, ki nam pomagajo ostati v stanju ravnote\u017eja tudi v vro\u010dem poletju. Joga naj bo lahkotnej\u0161a, zabavna in ne preve\u010d intenzivna. Ostanimo pozorni v praksi. Bolj pomembna je pravilnost izvedbe kot \u0161tevilo ponovitev. Ajurvedska \u00a0modrost nas spodbuja, da ostajamo pozorni pri kateri koli vrsti gibanja.<\/p>\n<p>V jogi bodimo pozorni na svoj dih, na prehode iz asane v asano, cilj ni pomemben. Taka vadba zmanj\u0161uje stres in ne iz\u010drpava.<\/p>\n<p>Pazimo na to, da ostanemo hidrirani, ne pijmo ledeno mrzle vode. Ajurveda pravi da premrzla voda (ali premrzla druga pija\u010da) ovira prebavni ogenj in vodi do utrujenosti in po\u010dasne prebave. Namesto tega poskusimo s srkanjem vode sobne temperature.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako se prehranjevati?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>na\u0161 prebavni ogenj je v \u010dasu poletne vro\u010dine nizek, zato imamo zmanj\u0161an apetit \u2013 prilagodimo hrano telesu,<\/li>\n<li>obroki naj bodo redni, neredni obroki povzro\u010dajo odve\u010dno \u017eelod\u010dno kislino,<\/li>\n<li>u\u017eivajmo sezonsko hrano,<\/li>\n<li>jejmo zelenjavo grenkega okusa, ki prevladuje v zeleni listnati zelenjavi (solate, \u0161pina\u010da, ohrovt, zeleno zelje),<\/li>\n<li>v jedilnik vklju\u010dujmo sadje kot je granatno jabolko in brusnice, zelenjavo kot brokoli, cveta\u010da, arti\u010doke, zelena, bu\u010dke, fi\u017eol, jaj\u010devci, belu\u0161e, peso in \u017eita (r\u017e, ajda, kvinoja) ter za\u010dimbe (kurkuma in majaron).<\/li>\n<li>solate in zeleno zelenjavo je najbolje jesti za kosilo, ko je prebavni ogenj najmo\u010dnej\u0161i, in tako ne povzro\u010dajo vetrov,<\/li>\n<li>zmanj\u0161ajmo vnos rafiniranih olj in ma\u0161\u010dob,<\/li>\n<li>u\u017eivajmo majhne koli\u010dine mleka in sira,<\/li>\n<li>izogibajmo se mesu in mesnim izdelkom,ocvrti, predelani in konzervirani hrani in umetnih sestavin.<\/li>\n<li>izogibajmo se sladki hrani in alkoholu,<\/li>\n<li>jejmo manj za\u010dinjene, pikantne hrane, manj kisle, slane in vro\u010de hrane,<\/li>\n<li>zjutraj spijmo mla\u010dno vodo z dodatkom aloa vere \u2013 le ta zni\u017euje ogenj v prebavilih,<\/li>\n<li>sladoled po zakonitostih ajurvede ni priporo\u010dljiv, saj hladno, sladko mleko obremenjuje delovanje vranice in telesu nikakor ne pomaga pri spopadu z vro\u010dino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nasveti za vadbo:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>izognimo se visoko intenzivnim praksam joge ali visoko intenzivnim vadbam na sploh,<\/li>\n<li>vadimo zgodaj zjutraj ali zve\u010der, nikakor sredi dneva, izogibajmo se pretirani aktivnosti v opoldanski vro\u010dini,<\/li>\n<li>priporo\u010dljiva je uporaba razli\u010dnih dihalnih tehnik, ki ohlajajo in umirjajo telo,<\/li>\n<li>za\u010dnimo dan s Suryo namaskar (pozdravom sonca) ali s sprehodom ob son\u010dnem vzhodu, da telo absorbira jutranje \u017earke,<\/li>\n<li>na jogi ne bodimo tekmovalni, ne kritizirajmo se, tudi \u010de nam katera izmed asan ne gre,<\/li>\n<li>prisluhnimo svojemu telesu, u\u017eivajmo v vadbi,<\/li>\n<li>po praksi joge (ali katerikoli drugi vadbi) obvezno naredimo vaje za raztezanje in umiritev,<\/li>\n<li>\u010de smo po vadbi joge zelo utrujeni, naredimo \u0161e joga nidro,<\/li>\n<li>sonce je vir \u017eivljenja, zato je poletje idealen \u010das za poslu\u0161anje Gayatri mantre. To je vedska pesem soncu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Drugi nasveti za uravnote\u017eenje pitta energije:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u010de imamo ob\u010dutek peko\u010dih in suhih o\u010di, si polo\u017eimo narezane kumare na o\u010di in jih pustimo na o\u010deh vsaj pet minut,<\/li>\n<li>tu\u0161irajmo se z mla\u010dno-hladno vodo, naj voda te\u010de tudi po glavi in o\u010deh,<\/li>\n<li>pred spanjem si vtirajmo si kokosovo olje na podplate in dlani,<\/li>\n<li>morebitne son\u010dne opekline si pozdravimo z aloe vero gelom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poletje je idealen \u010das za u\u010denje \u010desa novega in za samoopazovanje. Pridru\u017ei se nam na poletni, umirjeni, meditativni jogi, v Studiu Eviana in se nau\u010di prisluhniti telesu.
