Negativna \u010dustva, ki blokirajo na\u0161o rast, so krivda, samopomilovanje, pohlep, jeza, ponos, zamere, ob\u010dutki, da smo \u017ertev, zagrenjenost, dvomi, razo\u010daranje, cinizem, sramota, obup, depresija, brezbri\u017enost, sovra\u0161tvo, ljubosumje itd&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Negativna\u00a0 \u010dustva nas dobesedno paralizirajo. Nenehno nas nekaj skrbi, se bojimo, smo pod stresom in \u017eivimo v tesnobi. Ukvarjamo se z vpra\u0161anji kot so: \u00bbKaj pa \u010de kdo ugotovi, kako se resni\u010dno po\u010dutim? Kaj pa \u010de zbolim? Kaj pa \u010de \u2026.\u00ab. S pomo\u010djo teh negativnih \u010dustev se oklepamo napa\u010dnih prepri\u010danj o sebi, o svetu, v katerem \u017eivimo.<\/p>\n<p>Prav tako ta prepri\u010danja oblikujejo tudi na\u0161e mnenje o duhovnosti. Na primer, prepri\u010dani smo\u00a0 le v obstoj fizi\u010dnega telesa in pozabljamo, da smo veliko ve\u010d, tudi duhovna bitja. Vsi smo bili nau\u010deni idej, kaj naj bi bilo bo\u017eansko. Prepri\u010dali so nas, da je Bog neusmiljen sodnik, ki\u00a0 zahteva le pokor\u0161\u010dino in nas obsoja na ve\u010dno trpljenje v peklu. Prepri\u010dani smo, da je ta fizi\u010dni svet edino, kar je resni\u010dno in pozabljamo, da smo ustvarjeni za vi\u0161je namene. Na\u0161 ego je zgrajen na na\u0161ih negativnih \u010dustvih in napa\u010dnih prepri\u010danjih.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161a negativna \u010dustva zagotavljajo na\u0161e fizi\u010dno pre\u017eivetje in nam pomagajo, da posku\u0161amo dobiti vse, kar menimo, da \u017eelimo in potrebujemo. Seveda \u017eelimo le zadovoljiti na\u0161e \u017eelje in potrebe. Sprejemamo to, kar nam vsiljujejo drugi, ideje kaj je za na\u0161o sre\u010do potrebno. Menimo, da bomo z lahkoto na\u0161li na\u010dine, ki upravi\u010dujejo tak\u0161no vedenje. Vse to na\u0161 svet vodi v nenehno nasilje, bole\u010dino in trpljenje, kar u\u010dinkovito blokira na\u0161o duhovno rast.<\/p>\n<h2>IGRA EGA<\/h2>\n<p>Ego deluje na na\u010din: &#8220;Verjemite mi, to sem jaz.&#8221; Ego \u017ee od nekdaj igra pomembno vlogo v \u010dlove\u0161ki evoluciji. Ko je \u010dlovek \u017eivel \u0161e v divjini in je bil soo\u010den z divjimi \u017eivalmi in drugimi nevarnostmi, je s pomo\u010djo strahu na\u0161el na\u010dine za pre\u017eivetje. Ego nam daje ob\u010dutek individualnosti. Imamo fizi\u010dna telesa, v katerih \u017eivimo, brez ega sami sebe ne bi mogli dojemati kot lo\u010dene posameznike.<\/p>\n<p>Ampak na neki to\u010dki ego pridobi popoln nadzor nad nami. Danes \u0161e vedno verjamemo v lo\u010denost drug od drugega. Ukvarjamo se le z nam vidnimi razlikami med nami; kdo je lep\u0161i, bolj bogat, bolj izobra\u017een itd&#8230; In ravno to prepri\u010danje nas vodi v lo\u010denost, nas odtujuje drug od drugega in od duhovnosti. Lo\u010denost je privedla do presojanja in kritiziranja drugih ljudi.<\/p>\n<p>Pozabili smo, da je vse, kar mislimo, in kar so na\u0161a prepri\u010danja, le iluzija in da smo v resnici vsi eno.<\/p>\n<h2>STRAH<\/h2>\n<p>Premagovanje strahu je zelo pomembna komponenta na\u0161e duhovne rasti. Strah nas blokira. Strah je kot tan\u010dica za duhovne zaznave, saj dobesedno izkrivlja na\u0161e dojemanje. Je zloraba ustvarjalne energije, namenjene za druge stvari.<\/p>\n<p>Strah je kot seme, ki le\u017ei na polju in po\u017eene korenine globoko v zemljo. Danes poznamo veliko podjetij, organizacij, ki uporabljajo na\u0161 lastni strah in nam dobesedno perejo mo\u017egane. Nas prepri\u010dujejo, kaj storiti, kaj kupiti da bo tega strahu manj, da ne bomo druga\u010dni od drugih. Zakaj? Ker si ne upamo biti druga\u010dni.\u00a0 Otroci, ki so ves \u010das v strahu, lahko imajo uni\u010dujo\u010da\u00a0 prepri\u010danja o sebi, vsajena v teh prestra\u0161enih \u010dasih.<\/p>\n<h2>ODLO\u010cITE SE ZA DUHOVNO PREBUJENJE<\/h2>\n<p>Odlo\u010ditev je na\u0161a, \u0161e vedno lahko \u017eivimo kot do sedaj, lahko pa se odlo\u010dimo za duhovno prebujenje. Prebujenje se lahko pojavi nenadoma in dramati\u010dno, ali pa gre lahko za postopen proces.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dnimo odstranjevati blokade na na\u0161i duhovni rasti. Tako bomo v na\u0161e \u017eivljenje povabili veselje, vedrino in bla\u017eenost. Odvrgli bomo te\u017eko kamenje na hrbtu. Duhovna rast lahko kmalu postane na\u0161a usmeritev in namen v \u017eivljenju. \u017divljenje se nam bo izbolj\u0161alo v vseh pogledih.<\/p>\n<p>Verjamem v to, zato, ker je to moja osebna izku\u0161nja. Duhovno prebujenje \u00a0me je pripeljalo do globoke osebnostne spremembe, v zadnjem \u010dasu pa me je popeljalo na pot bolj poglobljene duhovne rasti. Moje izku\u0161nje danes ka\u017eejo, da je potreben dolo\u010den dele\u017e osebne spremembe in \u017eelje po spremembi,\u00a0 da se duhovna rast lahko za\u010dne.<\/p>\n<p>Kako lahko pospe\u0161imo duhovno rast in prebujenje? Duhovno prebujenje je najve\u010dkrat po\u010dasen, evolucijski proces, ki zahteva predanost. Joga in meditacija sta v veliko pomo\u010d pri odstranitvi blokad in pospe\u0161ujeta duhovno rast. Smiselno je poiskati duhovne skupine, podobno misle\u010de prijatelje, u\u010ditelje, kjer se u\u010dimo teh znanj in lahko delimo svoja mnenja in izku\u0161nje. Vendar pa je najprej potrebna pripravljenost za zamenjavo negativnih \u010dustev z brezpogojno ljubeznijo in sprejeti, da so bila nekatera na\u0161a dosedanja prepri\u010danja, povezana z duhovnostjo in znanjem, zmotna.<\/p>\n<p>Naj bo duhovna rast na\u0161e vodilo v \u017eivljenju.
