Ka\u017ee pa se tudi tako, da \u010de stisnemo ko\u017ei v izrezu, v zgornjem delu prsnega ko\u0161a in se guba ne poravna v eni sekundi, to pomeni, da smo dehidrirani, pravi dru\u017einska zdravnica Nena Kop\u010davar Gu\u010dek. Pri majhnih otrocih lahko prepoznamo dehidracijo, \u010de imajo vdrto teme na glavi.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce prepoznamo dehidracijo, je najbolje piti mla\u010dno vodo ali nesladkan \u010daj. Je pa te\u017eko zavestno piti po kapljicah, \u010de si \u017eejen,&#8221; pravi Kop\u010davar Gu\u010dkova.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce pa ne moremo povrniti teko\u010dine zaradi bruhanja ali \u010de pride do motenj zavesti in ni ve\u010d refleksa po\u017eiranja, tak\u0161na oseba potrebuje infuzijo in zdravnika.<\/p>\n<p>Zaradi dehidracije so bolj ogro\u017eeni otroci, starej\u0161i in kroni\u010dni bolniki. Majhni otroci nimajo \u010disto popolne strukture ko\u017ee in je njihova izguba teko\u010dine skozi ko\u017eo neprimerno ve\u010dja kot pri odraslih. Zato jih je treba nadzirati, da dovolj pijejo. Pri starej\u0161ih pa je te\u017eava ta, da ob\u010dutek za \u017eejo z leti uga\u0161a in ne \u010dutijo potrebe po teko\u010dini oz. ne \u010dutijo \u017eeje.<\/p>\n<p>Po navedbah Kop\u010davar Gu\u010dkove se dehidracija pogosteje zgodi tudi pri aktivnih \u0161portnikih, ki denimo trenirajo dlje \u010dasa pri visokih temperaturah.<\/p>\n<p>Pozorni morajo biti tudi ljudje, ki se veliko zadr\u017eujejo v klimatiziranih prostorih. Klimatske naprave namre\u010d su\u0161ijo zrak, v prostorih, kjer je klima, imajo povpre\u010dno pol manj vlage, kot je optimalno.<\/p>\n<p>Da bi prepre\u010dili dehidracijo, je treba telesu zagotoviti zadostno koli\u010dino vode.
