V prvi meri je za na\u0161e dobro po\u010dutje ter za zmo\u017enost uresni\u010devanja na\u0161ih potencialov, potrebna odlo\u010ditev, predanost in disciplina. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prva je fizi\u010dna disciplina, ki telesu zagotavlja, da lahko deluje optimalno. Pod to se \u0161teje: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kakovosten spanec (od prib. 22:00 do prib. 6:00; spanec je najbolj blagodejen za na\u0161e telo ravno med 22:00 in 2:00 uro zjutraj: takrat se na\u0161e telo in organi najbolj regenerirajo): spalne navade lahko urejamo postopoma (npr. vsako ve\u010der gremo spat 15 min ali pol ure prej in se 15min ali pol ure prej zbujamo, dokler ne dose\u017eemo najprimernej\u0161e ure za na\u0161 organizem) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zadostna koli\u010dina popite vode (35 ml x telesna te\u017ea v kg = priporo\u010dena koli\u010dina vode). Pod to se \u0161teje le voda, ki jo zau\u017eijemo kot \u010disto vodo (in ne npr. juha, \u010daj ali sok, kar telo kljub temu, da je teko\u010dina, zaznava kot hrano). Pijemo lahko pre\u017ear\u010deno vodo (pustimo vodo v steklenici na soncu pol ure ali ve\u010d), ali kristalizirano, ki nase ve\u017ee minerale (v vodo damo kristal soli ali kateri drug kristal). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kvalitetna in zdrava prehrana ter redno in \u010duje\u010dno u\u017eivanje le te<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zadostna koli\u010dina mineralov in vitaminov v na\u0161em telesu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kvalitetna, redna in zadostna koli\u010dina gibanja<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koristen po\u010ditek in regeneracija<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sledi psihi\u010dna in socialna komponenta. Pri tem nam lahko pomaga 7 klju\u010dkov: <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odlo\u010ditev: za za\u010detek ne\u010desa je potrebna odlo\u010ditev (za spremembo, bolj harmoni\u010dno, zdravo, kreativno, radostno \u017eivljenje oz. za karkoli si \u017eelimo ali \u010dutimo, da je za nas podporno)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro\u0161nja: \u010de to odlo\u010ditev sprejmemo ne le mentalno, vendar s celotnim na\u0161im bitjem, srcem in du\u0161o, je naslednji korak iskrena pro\u0161nja. Kadar zaprosimo iskreno in iz srca, podpremo svojo odlo\u010ditev in ostajamo poni\u017eni. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaupanje: za uresni\u010ditev odlo\u010ditve je potrebno zaupanje. Zaupanje v sebe, v \u017eivljenje ter v na\u0161o odlo\u010ditev. Tudi tukaj je podporno, da zaupanje \u010dutimo na ve\u010d nivojih (mentalnem, fizi\u010dnem, \u010dustvenem \u2026). Zaupanje lahko vadimo, tako, da postaja na\u0161 na\u010din delovanja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahvala: hvale\u017eni smo lahko za vse kar se nam dogaja, za ta trenutek ter za proces v katerem smo. Iskrena hvale\u017enost za vse kar je ta trenutek, nas daje v ob\u010dutek obilja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vztrajnost: nekatere stvari se zgodijo prej, nekatere pa potrebujejo svoj \u010das. Vsi smo razli\u010dni in pot vsakega izmed nas je unikatna. Vse se dogaja ob pravem \u010dasu. Z vztrajnostjo in zaupanjem je mogo\u010de vse. Morda ni vedno tako kot smo si zamislili prvotno, je pa zagotovo v najvi\u0161je dobro za nas in vse vpletene.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karma (kar seje\u0161 to \u017eanje\u0161): sprejemanje odgovornosti za na\u0161e misli, besede in dejanja ter zavedanje delovanja karme je 6. klju\u010dek. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ljubezen: vse odlo\u010ditve, misli, besede in dejanja naj bodo pre\u017eete z ljubeznijo. Negujmo ljubezen v sebi in do sebe, le ta pa se bo \u0161irila tudi navzven.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u010cuje\u010dnost in bivanje v tem trenutku<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ostajajmo v stiku s svojim telesom, ob\u010dutki in \u010dustvi. Sprejemajmo jih tak\u0161ne kot so, \u0161ele nato jih lahko preobrazimo in prese\u017eemo. Ta trenutek je vse kar zares obstaja. Le ta vsak izmed nas do\u017eivlja na razli\u010dne na\u010dine. V\u010dasih na to pozabimo, vendar je to hrana za na\u0161o du\u0161o. Estetska do\u017eivetja lahko do\u017eivljamo ob lepotah narave, poslu\u0161anju lepe glasbe, ob ob\u010dudovanju umetni\u0161kih izdelkov, ob plesanju ali gledanju predstave, ob risanju, fotografiranju, v kakr\u0161nikoli umetnosti ter lepoti. Za vsakega izmed nas je lepo nekaj drugega. Krepimo te ob\u010dutke znotraj nas in s tem hranimo na\u0161o du\u0161o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Korak iz cone udobja<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za na\u0161e fizi\u010dno, psihi\u010dno in duhovno zdravje ter uravnove\u0161enost, je potrebno tudi to, da se ves \u010das premikamo naprej, rastemo in se razvijamo. Kako to dosegamo?
