V toploti beljakovine hitreje propadajo, najhitreje beljakovine rib in morskih sade\u017eev, po drugi strani pa toplo okolje omogo\u010da hitrej\u0161e razmno\u017eevanje bakterij, ki dodatno pospe\u0161ijo kvarjenje hrane.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;To lahko v \u010drevesju povzro\u010di drisko, saj nam poru\u0161i naravno bakterijsko ravnovesje. \u010ce odhajamo v tujino, kjer ne bomo sami kuhali, potem je eno zlato pravilo potovalne medicine &#8211; skuhaj, olupi ali pa zavrzi. To pomeni, da \u010desar ne morete skuhati ali olupiti, tudi ne zau\u017eijte,&#8221; je za STA dejala Kop\u010davar Gu\u010dkova.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je opozorila, velikokrat samo umivanje denimo sve\u017eega sadja ni dovolj. \u010ce pa \u017ee pose\u017eemo po sadju s tr\u017enice, je najbolje, da ga umijemo z ustekleni\u010deno vodo. Tudi sicer je najbolje s sabo nositi ustekleni\u010deno vodo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tudi po sedanjih predpisih pitna voda v ceveh ni povsem sterilna in sme vsebovati zelo nizko \u0161tevilo ne\u0161kodljivih bakterij. Vsak pa je od rojstva navajen na svojo vodo. Mogo\u010de bi se doma\u010dini v nekem tur\u0161kem mestu \u010dudili, kako ne pijete njihove vode, saj jo oni pijejo celo \u017eivljenje. Nekako smo pri\u0161li do tega, da so tisti, ki so imeli drisko, jedli hrano v tem taboru,&#8221; je dejala in dodala, da imajo verjetno v pu\u0161\u010davi omejene mo\u017enosti temeljitega umivanja posode po vsaki skupini turistov. Prav tako se je sre\u010dala \u017ee z ve\u010d bolniki, ki so dobili potovalno drisko potem, ko so potovali z ladjo po Nilu v Egiptu.<\/p>\n<p>O driski po njenih navedbah lahko govorimo takrat, ko bolnik ve\u010d kot trikrat na dan odvaja vodeno blato. &#8220;Meja za to, da \u010dlovek dehidrira, pa je odvajanje teko\u010dega blata 10-krat na dan,&#8221; je dodala.<\/p>\n<p>Prva pomo\u010d pri potovalni driski je pra\u0161ek za rehidracijo, ki nadomesti tudi izgubljene elektrolite, ne le vode. Na voljo so v vseh lekarnah po Sloveniji. Odve\u010d ne bodo niti probiotiki, ki bodo pomagali \u010dim prej vzpostaviti normalno \u010drevesno floro. Odsvetuje pa u\u017eivanje kakr\u0161ne koli surove hrane razen banan. Najbolje je pose\u010di po nevtralni hrani, kot je kuhan ri\u017e in ali korenje, belo kuhano meso, morda kak\u0161na pre\u017eganka.<\/p>\n<p>Kop\u010davar Gu\u010dkova svetuje obisk zdravnika takrat, ko imamo potovalno drisko ve\u010d kot dva dneva. Pogosto se popotniki pred odhodom v eksoti\u010dne kraje obrnejo nanjo, naj jim predpi\u0161e antibiotike za primer potovalne driske. A, kot poudarja Kop\u010davar Gu\u010dkova, je to nepotrebno in neutemeljeno, saj lahko zdravniki predpisujejo antibiotike po klini\u010dnem pregledu bolnika, prav tako ne more vnaprej predvideti, kateri mikrob bo povzro\u010dil oku\u017ebo, da bi lahko potem predpisala ustrezna zdravila.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lokalni zdravniki \u0161e bolje poznajo bakterije, ki so v njihovem okolju, in znajo predpisati zdravila,&#8221; je dejala.
