Vendar pa smisel plesa ni v tem. Ples je gibanje in vsak izmed nas lahko najde svoj na\u010din plesnega izra\u017eanja, \u010de si to le dovoli. Pogosto ljudem pri tem lahko pomaga, da najdejo osebo, ki je plesno usposobljena in jih vodi ter usmerja na poti do la\u017ejega plesnega izra\u017eanja.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure feed>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2017\/08\/tim_2750-320x155.jpg\" data-srcset=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2017\/08\/tim_2750-660x320.jpg 660w,http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2017\/08\/tim_2750-320x155.jpg 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\"\/><figcaption>Foto: Branka Timpran <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><b>Kak\u0161en ples ustreza tebi?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nekaterim ustreza bolj svoboden na\u010din plesnega izra\u017eanja, plesne terapije in ples povezan z duhovnostjo, drugim ustrezajo razli\u010dne plesne zvrsti (npr. hiphop, balet, latino, sodobni ples, swing, break dance, step, jazz, flamenco, standardni plesi, dru\u017eabni plesi, folklora, trebu\u0161ni plesi \u2026), spet tretjim pa ples povezan z glasbo, ki jim je v\u0161e\u010d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mo\u017enosti znotraj plesa je ne\u0161teto, zato vsakdo lahko najde nekaj zase. Tudi nivoji zahtevnosti so obi\u010dajno razdeljeni na za\u010detne in nadaljevalne skupine. Nekateri preferirajo individualne plesne ure, kjer se plesni pedagog ali terapevt lahko individualno posve\u010da osebi, paru ali skupini. Hkrati pa so individualne plesne ure primerne tudi za ljudi, ki jim zaradi urnika ustreza bolj fleksibilen na\u010din dogovarjanja plesnih ur. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Pozitivni fizi\u010dni u\u010dinki<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Krvno \u017eilni sistem in odpornost na stres<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Med plesom se pove\u010da sr\u010dni utrip in krvni tlak, na kar pa se na\u0161e telo po nekaj tednih ponavljajo\u010dih se plesnih vaj privadi. Tako se v stresnih obdobjih, ko se pojavljajo enaki telesni znaki kot med fizi\u010dno aktivnostjo, telo odzove bolj mirno, saj je na njih dobro pripravljeno. Ples ima pozitiven u\u010dinek na srce in o\u017eilje, z njim pa krepimo tudi imunski sistem. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kondicija, raztegljivost, fluidnost, fizi\u010dna mo\u010d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ples pove\u010duje na\u0161o fizi\u010dno kondicijo. Pri plesu se iz telesa izlo\u010dajo \u0161kodljive snovi, kar razstruplja organizem in pripomore k izgorevanju ma\u0161\u010dob. Raznolikost gibanja pri plesu (fluidni gibi, odlo\u010dni in direktni gibi, veliki in majhni gibi \u2026) omogo\u010da da telo deluje kot celota in \u00a0da se krepijo razli\u010dne mi\u0161i\u010dne skupine. Mi\u0161ice postajajo pro\u017ene, hkrati pa se krepijo notranji stabilizatorji in fizi\u010dna mo\u010d. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koordinacija, ravnote\u017eje<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ples po svoji naravi krepi tudi na\u0161e ravnote\u017eje in koordinacijo. Usklajevanje razli\u010dnih gibov hkrati, skupaj z glasbo in morda tudi s soplesalcem ali z ve\u010d plesalci, pove\u010duje koordinacijo. Hkrati pa razli\u010dne rotacije telesa, obrati in 3 dimenzionalno gibanje, pove\u010duje na\u0161e ravnote\u017eje ter ob\u010dutek za telo v ve\u010d dimenzijah hkrati. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Pozitivni kognitivni u\u010dinki<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Povezava leve in desne mo\u017eganske hemisfere<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u010ddimenzionalno gibanje na ve\u010d ravneh v prostoru (spodaj, zgoraj, v sredini), pozitivno vpliva tudi na povezovanje desne in leve mo\u017eganske hemisfere. Na ta na\u010din so na\u0161e misli bolj bistre in na\u0161i mo\u017egani delujejo bolj celostno.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koncentracija<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plesati je tako lep ob\u010dutek, saj nam gibanje in glasba omogo\u010data, da smo lahko popolnoma v trenutku. Ve\u010dkrat ko smo v stanju \u00bbflowa\u00ab bolj smo odporni na stres oz. manj tudi smo v stresu. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pozitivna \u010dustva (izra\u017eanje \u010dustev: pozitivnih in negativnih na konstruktiven na\u010din)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ples nam omogo\u010da konstruktivno izra\u017eanje \u010dustev. Povzro\u010da ob\u010dutke radosti, svobode, spro\u0161\u010denosti, ljubezni in veselja. Hkrati pa nam omogo\u010da, da ob\u010dutke kot so jeza, strah, \u017ealost, sram itd. na konstruktiven na\u010din preko giba, glasbe in prisotnosti v telesu tudi izra\u017eamo. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samozavest, samopodoba<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tako fizi\u010dni kot psihi\u010dni pozitivni u\u010dinki ter ob\u010dutki pa krepijo tudi na\u0161o samozavest in samopodobo. Kuba, Brazilija, Argentina \u2026 ples ljudem predstavlja na\u010din neverbalne komunikacije in izra\u017eanja. Je vrsta umetnosti, ki lahko oplemeniti posameznikovo \u017eivljenje in odnose. \u010cetudi to morda ni na\u0161 na\u010din vzgoje, kjer \u017eivimo, se lahko tak\u0161nega na\u010dina komuniciranja nau\u010dimo. Mo\u0161kim pa nudi prostor, da razvijajo spo\u0161tovanje do sebe, \u017eenske in zaupanje v svoje vodstvene ter mo\u0161ke sposobnosti. Ustvarja se harmonija. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaj \u0161e \u010daka\u0161?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vse to in \u0161e ve\u010d je razlog, zakaj toliko ljudi ljubi ples in glasbo.
