Nadloga, ki ji pravimo tudi ulkus ali \u010dir, v vsakdanjem jeziku pa najpogosteje rana na \u017eelodcu, je dejansko razjeda na <a href=\"https:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C5%BDelodec\">\u017eelodcu<\/a> ali <a href=\"https:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dvanajstnik\">dvanajstniku<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Glavni krivec je stres<\/h2>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/profimedia-0347936602-320x155.jpg\" data-srcset=\"http:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/profimedia-0347936602-660x320.jpg 660w,http:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/profimedia-0347936602-320x155.jpg 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\"\/><figcaption>Rana na \u017eelodcu je pogosta nadloga (foto:Profimedia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u017delod\u010dna sluznica ima veliko obrambno sposobnost, kajti v \u017eelodec zanesemo s hrano in z rokami bakterije, viruse, druge toksi\u010dne in telesu tuje snovi. Bakterije, virusi in zajedavci ne pre\u017eivijo v kislem okolju, zato imamo v steni \u017eelodca parietalne celice, ki izlo\u010dajo <a href=\"https:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Klorovodikova_kislina\">solno kislino<\/a>. Celice \u017eelod\u010dne sluznice so obdane z sluzjo, da jim solna kislina ne \u0161kodi. Da vse to dobro deluje in da imamo dobro obrambo \u017eelod\u010dne sluznice, potrebujemo dobro prekrvavitev le-te; kakr\u0161en koli stres v telesu povzro\u010di izlo\u010danje stresnih hormonov zmanj\u0161anje pretoka krvi skozi prebavila, posledi\u010dno mo\u010dno pade odpornost sluznic prebavil.<\/p>\n<p>Zdravniki razjede na \u017eelodcu vse pogosteje povezujejo z oku\u017ebo z bakterijo\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Helicobacter_pylori\">Helicobacter pylori<\/a>, <\/i>zato ni ni\u010d nenavadnega, \u010de pacientu predpi\u0161ejo antibiotike.<\/p>\n<h2>Rana na \u017eelodcu<\/h2>\n<p>Pri razjedi sluznice \u017eelodca ali dvanajstnika bolniki najve\u010dkrat \u010dutijo bole\u010dino pod desnim rebrnim lokom, lahko tudi v ledjih desno. Navadno se pojavi uro ali dve po jedi, mo\u010dnej\u0161a je pono\u010di in bolnika lahko zbudi. Bole\u010dina lahko traja nekaj dni in nato mine.<\/p>\n<p>Ljudje, ki jih pestijo te te\u017eave, prisegajo na razli\u010dne oblike pomo\u010di. Mnogi na te\u0161\u010de pijejo olj\u010dno, ri\u010dkovo olje ali olje \u010drne kumine, kar naj bi prebavila obdalo z za\u0161\u010ditnim filmom.
