To pa je skoraj \u0161e enkrat ve\u010d, kot priporo\u010da Svetovna zdravstvena organizacija, ki vnos sladkorja za odrasle osebe omejuje na 50 gramov ali 10 \u010dajnih \u017eli\u010dk na dan.
