Obstaja ve\u010d vrst slabokrvnosti, ki so poimenovane glede na pomanjkanje dolo\u010denih snovi v telesu.<\/p>\n<p>Zelo pogosta in najbolj splo\u0161no znana je slabokrvnost zaradi pomanjkanja \u017eeleza v telesu, ki je nujna sestavina za tvorbo zadostne koli\u010dine rde\u010dih krvnih celic ter hemoglobina.<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2014\/02\/profimedia-0335979869-320x155.jpg\" data-srcset=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2014\/02\/profimedia-0335979869-660x320.jpg 660w,http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2014\/02\/profimedia-0335979869-320x155.jpg 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\"\/><figcaption>Foto: Profimedia <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Vzroki za slabokrvnost<\/h2>\n<p>Slabokrvnost je lahko tudi posledica dolo\u010denih vrst raka, npr. levkemije, ali pa nastane kot posledica agresivnih terapij pri zdravljenju rakavih obolenj. Slabokrvnost povzro\u010da tudi pomanjkanje dolo\u010denih mineralov in vitaminov, dolgotrajne krvavitve itd.<\/p>\n<p>Iz Zdravstvenega doma Moste Polje\u00a0 so nam odgovorili, da so pogost vzrok tudi dolgotrajne in obilne menstruacije, sicer pa je slabokrvnost lahko posledica mo\u010dnih krvavitev iz celotnega prebavnega trakta (po\u017eiralnik, \u017eelodec, tanko in debelo \u010drevo ), pomanjkanja \u017eeleza v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti in pri vegetarijancih.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdo je najbolj podvr\u017een slabokrvnosti?<\/h2>\n<p>Za pojav slabokrvnosti zaradi pomanjkanja \u017eeleza so najbolj dovzetni otroci in najstniki, ki \u017eelezo nujno potrebujejo za normalen razvoj. Zadostna koli\u010dina \u017eeleza je \u0161e posebej pomembna v prvih 6 mesecih \u017eivljenja, za slabokrvnost pa so bolj dovzetni prezgodaj rojeni otroci in tisti, ki spijejo veliko kravjega mleka. Slednje namre\u010d vsebuje zelo malo \u017eeleza, poleg tega pa lahko celo ote\u017ei zadovoljivo vsrkavanje \u017eeleza iz drugih hranil. Med prehrano, ki poslab\u0161a absorbcijo \u017eeleza, sodijo tudi jajca, kava ter sojini proteini, zato jih moramo u\u017eivati v omejenih koli\u010dinah.<\/p>\n<p>Slabokrvnost je pogosta tudi pri podhranjenih najstnikih in \u017eenskah, \u0161e posebej med nose\u010dnostjo in dojenjem, ko potrebujejo kar dvakratno koli\u010dino \u017eeleza. Slabokrvnost grozi tudi vsem tistim, ki se slabo prehranjujejo, jedo premalo mesa in ostalih hranil, ki so prav tako bogata z \u017eelezom.<\/p>\n<h2>Kak\u0161ni so simptomi slabokrvnosti?<\/h2>\n<p>Slabokrvnost zaradi pomanjkanja \u017eeleza v\u010dasih ne prina\u0161a nobenih vidnih simptomov, sicer pa so najpogostej\u0161i naslednji pokazatelji: dolgotrajna utrujenost,zaspanost, hitra zadihanost med telesno aktivnostjo, nenavadne \u017eelje po to\u010dno dolo\u010deni hrani, hiter sr\u010dni utrip, mrzle roke in stopala, krhki nohti in izpadanje las, ponavljajo\u010da vrtoglavica, glavoboli, lahko tudi mo\u010dne menstrualne krvavitve, pomanjkanje apetita, depresija, pojav angine pektoris, srbe\u010dica, izostajanje menstruacije, zvonjenje v u\u0161esih, nepojasnjena izguba te\u017ee itd.<\/p>\n<h2>Zdravljenje slabokrvnosti<\/h2>\n<p>Slabokrvnost se najhitreje ugotovi s pomo\u010djo krvnih preiskav, v katerih se zazna pomanjkanje \u017eeleza, ter preiskav sr\u010dnega utripa in delovanja plju\u010d. Za\u010detek zdravljenja slabokrvnosti zaznamuje spreminjanje prehranjevalnih navad, v Zdravstvenem domu Moste Polje pa so zaupali: &#8216; Glavni izvor \u017eeleza je v rde\u010dem mesu, sicer pa tudi v su\u0161enem sadju, stro\u010dnicah, \u0161pina\u010di itd. \u010ce ne uspemo s prehrano, je potrebno jemati preparate \u017eelezovega sulfata.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Slednje je prehranski dodatek, ki se predpi\u0161e bolnikom s pomanjkanjem \u017eeleza, najpogosteje v obliki tablet, ki se zau\u017eijejo ob jedi. Priporo\u010dljivo je tudi jemanje kapsul z vitaminom B12, ter zau\u017eitje prehrane z veliko vitamina C, npr. kivija in jagod, \u00a0saj ta pripomore k vsrkavanju \u017eeleza.
