Zaradi dolgega sedenja ote\u010dejo gle\u017enji, pove\u010da se tudi nevarnost za krvne strdke v nogah. Kava in alkohol namre\u010d spodbudita odvajanje teko\u010dine, gazirane pija\u010de pa povzro\u010dajo napihnjenost. Jejte zdrave majhne prigrizke.<\/p>\n<p>Otekanje gle\u017enjem med poletom prepre\u010dite z rednim pretegovanjem nog, vsaki dve uri pa se za nekaj minut sprehodite. Ne sedite s prekri\u017eanimi nogami, saj je to slabo za prekrvavitev.<\/p>\n<p>Masirajte si vrat, spro\u0161\u010dajte mi\u0161ice in delajte preproste dihalne vaje. Napetost prepre\u010dite z eteri\u010dnimi olji sivke in pelargonije. Ko\u017eo na obrazu in vratu redno vla\u017eite.<\/p>\n<h2>In kaj, ko se jet lag \u017ee pojavi?<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce pridete na cilj podnevi, naj vas ne premami spanje; pojdite na ven, na dnevno svetlo, spat pa pojdite po tamkaj\u0161njem \u010dasu.
