Statistika pa ka\u017ee, da povpre\u010dni Slovenec tedensko poje 1800 g mesa, kar je kar cca. 4 do 6-krat preve\u010d!<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Tu lahko omenim, da je na znanosti osnovano stali\u0161\u010de najve\u010dje in najuglednej\u0161e prehranske organizacije na svetu, AND, da je za zdravo prehrano potrebno tedensko pojesti to\u010dno 0 g mesa!<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Od kod torej ideja o kampanji <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Jejte \u0161e ve\u010d mesa!<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00ab<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">? O razlogih lahko le ugibamo: denar mesne industrije, osebno ideolo\u0161ko prepri\u010danje vpletenih ali preprosto neumnost? Vpra\u0161amo se lahko tudi, koliko je ta nepotrebna in potencialno \u0161kodljiva propagandna akcija stala davkopla\u010devalce?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Vsaj polovica prebivalk in prebivalcev Slovenije ne zau\u017eije dovolj sadja in zelenjave!<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Po stali\u0161\u010du slovenskega In\u0161tituta za nutricionistiko vsaj polovica prebivalk in prebivalcev Slovenije ne zau\u017eije dovolj sadja in zelenjave.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Prav tako je iz Unicefovega poro\u010dila razvidno, da so slovenski otroci eni izmed najdebelej\u0161ih v Evropi.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Debelost je povezana z mnogimi degenerativnimi boleznimi (rak, sladkorna bolezen tipa 2, sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni, osteoartritis, astma, kraj\u0161a \u017eivljenjska doba \u2026). Zakaj torej potrebujemo dodatno reklamo za kalorijsko gosto prehrano, kot je meso? Zakaj ne bi namesto mesa raje ogla\u0161evali npr. zelenjavo, ki vsebuje manj kalorij in je obenem bogata z mikrohranili? Slovenci dejansko pojemo premalo vseh drugih \u017eivil, ne pa premalo mesa. Pojemo premalo stro\u010dnic, polnozrnatih \u017eit, sadja, zelenjave, ore\u0161\u010dkov in semen. V razvitej\u0161ih dr\u017eavah namesto mesa ogla\u0161ujejo sadje in zelenjavo, tak primer je kampanija \u00bb5 A Day\u00ab, ki spodbuja k u\u017eivanju 5 porcij sadja in zelenjave na dan.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Dejstvo 1:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Slovenec poje 4 do 6-krat preve\u010d mesa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Dejstvo 2: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Vsaj polovica prebivalk in prebivalcev Slovenije ne zau\u017eije dovolj sadja in zelenjave.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Logika ministra \u017didana:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Naredimo reklamo za meso!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Ideolo\u0161ko obarvana promocija mesa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Logika ministra \u017didana:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Pravilna trditev 1: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Meso vsebuje beljakovine, vitamin B12, \u017eelezo in cink.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Pravilna trditev 2:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Beljakovine, vitamin B12, \u017eelezo in cink so bistveni za zdravo \u017eivljenje.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Napa\u010den sklep:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Meso je bistveno za zdravo \u017eivljenje in je zato super hrana.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">V oglasu je meso izpostavljeno kot <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">pomemben vir<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00ab<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> dolo\u010denih hranil. \u010ceprav ta trditev na\u010deloma dr\u017ei, je seveda zelo zavajujo\u010da.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Meso namre\u010d ni niti edini niti dober vir teh hranil. Zgolj vsebnost dolo\u010denih hranilnih snovi v \u017eivilu, brez upo\u0161tevanja vpliva celotnega \u017eivila na zdravje, \u0161e ne naredi zdravega \u017eivila. V mesu je namre\u010d poleg v reklami promoviranih hranilnih snovi \u0161e kup drugih, ki ne koristijo oziroma celo \u0161kodujejo (hemsko \u017eelezo, nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobe, holesterol, policikli\u010dni aromatski ogljikovodiki, heterocikli\u010dni amini &#8230;). Prav tako v mesu manjka hranilnih snovi, ki jih Slovenkam in Slovencem sicer kroni\u010dno primanjkuje (vlaknin, antioksidantov, folne kisline \u2026).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Uporaba logike ministra \u017didana na drugem primeru:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Pravilna trditev 1:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u017dganje vsebuje vodo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Pravilna trditev 2:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Voda je bistvena za zdravo \u017eivljenje.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Napa\u010den sklep:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u017dganje je bistveno za zdravo \u017eivljenje in je zato super hrana.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dejstvo je, da v mesu ni nekih magi\u010dnih snovi, ki bi jih neobhodno potrebovali, kar jasno poka\u017ee tudi stali\u0161\u010de (konsenz) znanosti o brezmesni prehrani. Konsenz je nedvoumen:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bbVeganska prehrana zmanj\u0161uje mo\u017enost za nastanek \u0161tevilnih kroni\u010dnih bolezni (sladkorne bolezni, sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni, debelosti, raka \u2026) in je primerna za ljudi v vseh \u017eivljenjskih obdobjih, tudi za dojen\u010dke, otroke, najstnike, nose\u010dnice, doje\u010de matere in \u0161portnike.\u00ab<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>O hranilnih snoveh, zaradi katerih \u00bbnaj bi<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>u\u017eivali meso<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Beljakovine<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Raziskave ka\u017eejo da vsi ljudje, tako vsejedci kot tudi vegetarijanci in vegani, pojemo okoli 170 % potrebnih beljakovin, zato je dodajanje beljakovin katerikoli vrsti prehranjevanja nesmiselno in nekoristno.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">S poznavanjem prehranskih tabel in pravilnim normiranjem lahko do enakega zaklju\u010dka pridemo sami.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Beljakovine \u017eivalskega izvora so povezane s pove\u010danim tveganjem za raka, sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni, kroni\u010dno ledvi\u010dno bolezen, vi\u0161jo smrtnost in izgubo mi\u0161i\u010dne mase na stara leta.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rastlinske beljakovine vsebujejo ve\u010d kot dovolj vseh esencialnih aminokislin, zato ni potrebno nobeno posebno \u00bbznanje\u00ab o kombiniranju rastlinskih \u017eivil.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sklep: Za prehranjenost z beljakovinami je meso popolnoma nepotrebno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>\u017delezo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rastlinska \u017eivila vsebujejo v povpre\u010dju na kalorijo neprimerno ve\u010d \u017eeleza kot meso (vklju\u010dno z rde\u010dim mesom).<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Vsejedi pojedo ve\u010dino \u017eeleza iz rastlinskih virov.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rastlinska \u017eivila vsebujejo superiorno (nehemsko) obliko \u017eeleza, ki ni povezana z rakavimi obolenji.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da nadome\u0161\u010danje rastlinskega \u017eeleza z \u017eivalskim \u017eelezom ne zvi\u0161a nivoja \u017eeleza v krvi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Med vsejedimi je pogostost pomanjkanja \u017eeleza enaka kot med vegani in vegetarijanci. <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sklep: Za prehranjenost z \u017eelezom je meso popolnoma nepotrebno. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Cink<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Rastlinska \u017eivila vsebujejo v povpre\u010dju pribli\u017eno toliko cinka kot meso (t. j. ve\u010d kot dovolj).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Med vegani in vegetarijanci je nivo cinka v mejah normale.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sklep: Za prehranjenost s cinkom je meso popolnoma nepotrebno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Vitamin B12<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Meso ni edini vir vitamina B12, prosta (veganska) oblika vitamina B12 se prideluje s pomo\u010djo bakterijske fermentacije.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:
