In \u010de jih ne zau\u017eijemo dovolj s hrano, jih je potrebno za\u017eiti s pomo\u010djo prehranskih dopolnil.<\/p>\n<p>Ribje olje oziroma omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki jih ribje olje vsebuje, zmanj\u0161ujejo mo\u017enosti za nastanek sr\u010dnih bolezni in pomagajo prepre\u010devati kap, poleg tega pa zmanj\u0161uje simptome depresije, povi\u0161anega sr\u010dnega tlaka, primanjkljaj pozornosti in motja hiperaktivnosti (ADHD), bolezni sklepov, artritis, kroni\u010dne ko\u017ene bolezni. U\u017eivanje ribjega olja naj bi pomagalo tudi pri izgubljanju prekomerne telesne te\u017ee, pri te\u017eavah s plodnostjo, v nose\u010dnosti in pri pomanjkanju energije.<\/p>\n<h2>Kaj je ribje olje?<\/h2>\n<p>Ribje olje pridobivajo iz tkiva mastnih rib. Najbolj\u0161i vir so ribe kot so losos, slaniki, bela riba, sardine in sardoni. Ribe, ki se uporabljajo kot vir v resnici ne proizvajajo omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, ampak jih shranjujejo tako, da u\u017eivajo ali mikroalge ali pa manj\u0161e ribe, ki so nakopi\u010dile omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobe. Hiperaktivnost<\/h4>\n<p>Ribje olje oziroma omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki jih vsebuje, naj bi laj\u0161alo simptome\u00a0primanjkljaja pozornosti in motnje hiperaktivnosti, kar so potrdile tudi \u0161tevilne raziskave. Ribje olje naj bi pozitivno vplivalo na delovanje mo\u017eganov, kar je nekako logi\u010dno, glede na to, da je kar 60 odstotkov mo\u017eganov sestavljenih \u00a0iz ma\u0161\u010dob.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Alzheimejeva bolezen<\/h4>\n<p>\u017de leta \u0161tevilne raziskave potrjujejo povezanost med Alzheimerjevo boleznijo in ribjim oljem oziroma pozitivne u\u010dinke, ki jih ima na simptome te bolezni. Ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki jih vsebuje so namre\u010d klju\u010dne za delovanje mo\u017eganov in ne le upo\u010dasnjujejo kognitivni upad, ampak tudi pomagajo prepre\u010devati atrofijo mo\u017eganov pri starej\u0161ih ljudeh.<\/p>\n<h4>3.
