Le to lahko dose\u017eemo z razli\u010dnimi jogijskimi prijemi. Med pomembne in koristne jogijske prijeme sodijo dihalne tehnike in meditacija, med drugim pa tudi jogijski telesni polo\u017eaji, med katerimi so za doseganje bolj\u0161e koncentracije izpostavljeni stoje\u010di polo\u017eaji &#8211; s katerimi se lahko \u00bbprizemljimo\u00ab. V tem \u010dlanku pa se boste bolj podrobno spoznali z dvema telesnima polo\u017eajema, ki omogo\u010data bolj\u0161e zavedanje telesa in krepita na\u0161 center. Z izvedbo le-teh dveh jogijskih polo\u017eajev, se ne le izbolj\u0161a koncentracija, temve\u010d tudi izbolj\u0161ata koordinacija in ravnote\u017eje. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Hatha joga<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rad\u017ea jogo uvr\u0161\u010damo tudi zvrst, t.i. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hatha joga<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Beseda <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hatha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je sestavljena iz dveh besed, in sicer iz <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kar pomeni sonce in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kar pomeni luna. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hatha joga<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je tehnika, ki omogo\u010da vade\u010di uravnote\u017eiti svoje son\u010dne in lunine energije, kar ustvarja harmoni\u010dno ravnovesje telesa in uma s son\u010dnim in z luninim vidikom. Pri tem pa se harmonizirajo tudi mo\u0161ki in \u017eenski, aktivni in pasivni pogled posameznika, kar poteka preko zdru\u017eevanja dihanja in meditacije s telesnimi polo\u017eaji telesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hatha joga je tehnika, ki vodi do fizi\u010dnega zdravja, umiritve uma in duhovnega razsvetljenja, samorealizacije. Pri izvedbi stoje\u010dih polo\u017eajev se<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lahko pojavljajo tudi elementi drugih asan, ki popestrijo vadbo, saj \u0161e dodatno zahtevajo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sodelovanje celotnega telesa. Stoje\u010di polo\u017eaji zahtevajo va\u0161o popolno koncentracijo in so v funkciji \u00bbprizemljitve\u00ab, s katero iz\u017eareva\u0161 notranjo energijo, polo\u017eaji pa poskrbijo za krepitev in pro\u017enost va\u0161ega telesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Predstavitev dveh stoje\u010dih telesnih polo\u017eajev<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oba polo\u017eaja lahko izvajate tudi sami doma. Sprva ob opori, kasneje brez. Polo\u017eaj skrbi za pro\u017enost hrbtenice, vitalnost notranjih organov in mo\u010d nog. Prav tako je odli\u010dna vaja za ravnote\u017eje, koordinacijo in koncentracijo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izvedba:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izhajate iz polo\u017eaja <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gore*<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, eno nogo nesete nazaj, roke v bokih, pogled naravnost naprej. Nogo dvigujete navzgor in ji sledite z roko. Te\u017ea je prenesena, tako da morate izvajati vajo po\u010dasi in previdno. Z desno roko primete desno nogo, ki je v kolenu na 90\u00b0.
