Poglejmo si nekaj uporabnih nasvetov.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U\u017eivajte <strong>ve\u010d manj\u0161ih<\/strong> obrokov ( vsaj 3 do 5 obrokov na dan)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ne pozabite na <strong>redno telesno vadbo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sladke gazirane pija\u010de in \u010daje sladkane z medom zamenjajte z <strong>navadno vodo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Izogibajte se \u017eivilom iz bele moke in jih zamenjajte s tistimi, ki <strong>imajo ni\u017eji glikemi\u010dni indeks<\/strong>. Bel kruh zamenjajte za polnozrnatega, ajdovega, pirinega; testenine s pirinimi, ajdovimi ali graham testeninami; navaden bel ri\u017e pa zamenjajte za divjega.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U\u017eivajte veliko <strong>sve\u017ee zelenjave<\/strong>.
