Zveni znano? V jesensko-zimskem \u010dasu nam malce zaspijo hormoni dobrega po\u010dutja, kar lahko privede do malce upo\u010dasnjenega ter depresivnega razpolo\u017eenja, pri nekaterih pa tudi do nespe\u010dnosti ali tesnobe. V tem letnem \u010dasu se nam ne umirijo le hormoni dobrega po\u010dutja, temve\u010d tudi spolni hormoni in hormoni, ki uravnavajo telesno te\u017eo. Veliko teh snovi je v jabolkih, \u010de\u0161njah, brsti\u010dnem ohrovtu, bananah, jagodah, paradi\u017enikih, peko\u010di papriki, bu\u010dkah, brokoliju, ohrovtu, \u0161pina\u010di in stro\u010dnicah. Ta hrana je priporo\u010dljiva za vremensko ob\u010dutljive ljudi.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hrana, ki od\u017eene depresivno razpolo\u017eenje<\/h2>\n<p>Hrana z veliko selena in folne kisline naj bi bila pravo zdravilo za depresivna stanja. V tak\u0161nem primeru je priporo\u010dljivo zau\u017eiti dovolj brazilskih ore\u0161\u010dkov, morske hrane, paradi\u017enika, brokolija, son\u010dni\u010dnih semen, pi\u0161\u010dan\u010djih jeter, \u0161pargljev, \u0161pina\u010de, fi\u017eola, zelja, cveta\u010de itd.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako s prehrano zbuditi in uravnati hormone?<\/h2>\n<p>Navodila o prebujanju ter uravnavanju hormonov s pomo\u010djo prehrane ne veljajo za tiste, ki imajo okvaro na hormonskem sistemu.
