Glede na to, da veliko industrijsko predelane prehrane vsebuje precej emulgatorjev ter dodatkov, ki lahko \u0161kodijo tako mami kot tudi plodu, saj se plod hrani preko matere, se je potrebno izogibati predvsem te\u017eki industrijsko predelani prehrani. Prav tako veliko te\u017eav povzro\u010di prehrana iz vre\u010dke, mo\u010dne omake in predvsem izdelki, ki vsebujejo ve\u010dje koli\u010dine glutamata ter aspartama. Gibanja ter pitja teko\u010din v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti vsekakor ne gre zanemariti, je pa zraven gibanja ter zdrave prehrane in teko\u010dine pomembno upo\u0161tevati tudi druge faktorje, ki vplivajo na mamo in otroka. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zavedamo se, da je plod mo\u010dno povezan z mamo in se preko mame tudi hrani in razvija. Povezan pa ni samo tako, da nanj vpliva vse kar mama poje in popije, ampak tudi to kako mama razmi\u0161lja in kak\u0161na \u010dustva podo\u017eivlja v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti. Na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja in naravnanost v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti sta klju\u010dnega pomena, saj preko miselnega in \u010dustvenega procesa vplivamo na svoje zdravje, prav tako pa vplivamo na razvoj in zdravje otroka.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAZITI JE POTREBNO, KAKO PROGRAMIRAMO SVOJE OTROKE<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zagotovo poznate stavek, da so otroci kot spu\u017eve, ki mo\u010dno pijejo informacije iz okolja. Otroci so veliko bolj pozorni na informacije, ki jih sli\u0161ijo in vidijo, kot pa si mi mislimo. Vendar moramo stopiti \u0161e korak nazaj in to v \u010das nose\u010dnosti. Tako kot otrok bele\u017ei vse informacije takrat ko je \u017ee rojen, tako tudi v mamici absorbira njene misli, po\u010dutje ter njena \u010dustva, tako pozitivna kot negativna. Velikokrat smo \u017ee govorili o placebu in mo\u010di na\u0161ega uma ter njegovemu vplivu na na\u0161e zdravje in logi\u010dno je, da je plod z vsem tem tudi povezan. Znanstveno je dokazano, da vsaka misel deluje kot vibracija in vpliva na otroka. Ker preko na\u0161ih misli spro\u017eamo \u010dustva, je zelo pomembno kako se mama v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti naravna. Pozitiven um in pozitivna \u010dustva zagotovo krepijo njen imunski sistem ter spro\u017eajo proces samozdravljenja, prav tako pa pozitivno vplivajo na razvoj ploda in nadaljnji razvoj otroka tudi po rojstvu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MAMIN NA\u010cIN \u017dIVLJENJA V \u010cASU NOSE\u010cNOSTI SE LAHKO ODRA\u017dA TUDI KASNEJE V \u017dIVLJENJU OTROKA<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta del vam bom predstavil skozi primer, kako lahko mamina \u00a0negativna \u010dustva v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti vplivajo kasneje na otroka v njegovem \u017eivljenju. Na primer, da se mama skozi nose\u010dnost neprestano boji kako se bo odvijala njena nose\u010dnost in kak\u0161en bo porod, daje svojemu otroku v sebi negativna sporo\u010dila in na njega manifestira negativno \u010dustvo strah. Tako se lahko otrok kasneje v svojem razvoju, mladosti in tudi celo kasneje v \u017eivljenju soo\u010da z nenehnimi strahovi ter pri\u010dakovanji, da se bo zgodilo nekaj hudega. Prav tako \u00a0lahko sporo\u010dilo, da si nismo \u017eeleli fantka ampak pun\u010dko, negativno vpliva na plod in pusti posledice, ki se bodo odra\u017eale kasneje v mladosti otroka, prav tako pa je napa\u010dno programiranje v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti lahko vzrok za dolo\u010dene kroni\u010dne bolezni kasneje v \u017eivljenju.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SPRO\u0160\u010cANJE IN MEDITACIJE KOT TEHNIKE SAMOOBVLADOVANJA V \u010cASU NOSE\u010cNOSTI<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsekakor obstaja \u0161e veliko ve\u010d podobnih primerov, ki sem vam jih navedel zgoraj, zato je klju\u010dnega pomena kako programiramo svoje otroke \u017ee v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti in ne samo takrat, ko se rodijo in jih za\u010dnemo vzgajati. \u010ce smo na primer trmasti v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti, se ne smemo kasneje prito\u017eevati in tuhtati kaj delamo narobe in zakaj je otrok tako trmast (vse to je znanstveno dokazano in potrjeno), saj smo mu sami dali tak\u0161na prepri\u010danja in ga programirali po svoje. Meditacije in razne tehnike spro\u0161\u010danja lahko veliko pripomorejo k notranjemu ravnovesju in spro\u0161\u010danju napetega uma ter negativnih \u010dustev. Kadar smo sami neobremenjeni ter spro\u0161\u010deni, to blagodejno vpliva tudi na plod.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NOSE\u010cNOST VSEENO POVZRO\u010cA DOLO\u010cENA NIHANJA RAZPOLO\u017dENJA TER NEGATIVNA \u010cUSTVA<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Res je, da vsaka nose\u010dnica razli\u010dno do\u017eivlja obdobje nose\u010dnosti in da se pri nekaterih pogosteje pojavijo precej\u0161nja nihanja razpolo\u017eenj kot pri drugih nose\u010dnicah vendar so dolo\u010deni sistemi v na\u0161em telesu na katere imamo vpliv mi sami preko zavestnega uma. Velika razlika je med napetostjo in nihanjem razpolo\u017eenja zaradi nose\u010dnosti in med navadami in dolo\u010denimi prepri\u010danji ter negativnimi \u010dustvi, ki jih nose\u010dnica podo\u017eivlja. Kaj to pomeni? Zagotovo je nose\u010dnica bolj razdra\u017eljiva do partnerja v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti ampak pomembno je, da se zaveda, \u010de bo nenehno gojila jezo in podobno bo to negativno vplivalo na plod.
