Zmanj\u0161evanje dele\u017ea delovno aktivnih bo klju\u010dno vplivalo na pokojninski, zdravstveni in socialni sistem. Javni \u0161tipendijski in razvojni sklad je zato pripravil projekt aktivnega staranja delovne sile (ASI), ki je pilotni ukrep za spodbujanje starej\u0161ih zaposlenih. Na prvega od treh javnih razpisov se lahko od 15. januarja do konca marca prijavijo vsa mala in velika podjetja z zaposlenimi, starej\u0161imi od 45 let. Javni sklad jim bo na podlagi prijav namenil do 3000 evrov za pripravo strategije za delo s starej\u0161imi delavci. Prav tako bodo za njihovo usposabljanje prejeli do 1800 evrov sredstev na prijavljenega zaposlenega.
