Niyame so principi na\u0161ega notranjega delovanja in nas vodijo v raziskovanje odnosa s seboj. Sanskritska beseda santosha je razdeljena na dva dela: prvi del besede \u00bbsam\u00ab pomeni \u00bbv celoti\u00ab, in drugi del besede \u00bbtosha\u00ab pomeni \u00bbsprejemanje, zadovoljstvo\u00ab. Santosha torej pomeni popolno sprejemanje ali zadovoljstvo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta korak joge je za marsikoga zelo te\u017eak, ker smo kot dru\u017eba prepojeni z vzorci \u00bbnisem dovolj dober\u00ab ali \u00bbpreve\u010d sem to in to\u2026\u00ab Vzorci kot so \u00bbnisem dovolj pameten\/a\u00ab, \u00bbnisem dovolj lep\/a\u00ab, \u00bbodnosi mi ne gredo dobro od rok\u00ab itd.. so programi. Vsi imamo idejo o ne\u010dem ali o kak\u0161ni materialni dobrini, ki nam bo v bodo\u010de pomagala biti bolj sre\u010dni in zadovoljni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Santosha ali zadovoljstvo ne pomeni, da nehamo delovati in se odre\u010demo lastnim potrebam in \u017eeljam. Zadovoljstvo pomeni, da sprejmemo in cenimo, kar imamo in tisto, kar smo \u017ee in se od tu po\u010dasi in nenasilno premikamo naprej. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V \u010dlove\u0161ki naravi je, da v \u017eivljenju ho\u010demo ve\u010d, ho\u010demo priti vi\u0161je in hitreje, si ne dovolimo vzeti po\u010ditka, dokler ne dose\u017eemo svojih ciljev in \u017eelja. To je naravni nagon \u010dloveka, ki nam pomaga pre\u017eiveti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razmislimo o tem, kateri cilji so resni\u010dno pomembni za na\u0161e \u017eivljenje, na\u0161 svet in na\u0161o blaginjo. Izguba te\u017ee, nakup avtomobila, hi\u0161e ali celo sre\u010danje z nekom so le iskanje sre\u010de izven sebe. Je iskanje ne\u010desa, kar bi nas razveselilo, vendar to veselje, \u010de ima vir izven sebe, navadno hitro mine. In ujamemo se v krog, kjer spet i\u0161\u010demo sre\u010do, nato se ponovno pojavi \u017ealost, pomanjkanje ljubezni in nastopi strah.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b> Kako si torej pomagati z jogo k ve\u010djemu zadovoljstvu? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odgovor je v ne-navezanosti in spo\u0161tovanju svojih lastnih resnic. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joga nas u\u010di, da sre\u010de ne i\u0161\u010demo izven sebe, ampak da ozavestimo, da je mir in sre\u010da znotraj nas. Kadar pri\u010dakujemo, da nam bodo materialne dobrine in drugi ljudje prinesli svobodo in sre\u010do, smo na poti k nezadovoljstvu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ego najprej \u017eeli, hrepeni, se veseli, nato do\u017eivlja bole\u010dino, izgubo, spet \u017eeljo in pohlep, pri\u010dakuje sre\u010do in spet razo\u010daranje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razmislimo o tem kdaj smo pravzaprav zadovoljni? Kak\u0161ne so okoli\u0161\u010dine, da \u010dutimo zadovoljstvo? Ali so le te vedno enake? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sre\u010do in zadovoljstvo lahko ob\u010dutimo na razli\u010dne na\u010dine. Ena oblika sre\u010de je, ko zadovoljujemo sami sebe, svoja \u010dutila. Ta vrsta sre\u010de je prehodna in minljiva. Vedno je najprej \u017eelja, hrepenenje in nato zadovoljitev, temu pa sledi navezanost in \u017ealost. Druga vrsta \u010dutenja sre\u010de lahko izhaja iz uspeha. Ko smo uspe\u0161ni, je ego zadovoljen. Tudi ta vrsta sre\u010de je minljiva. Ego, ki je pritrjen na &#8220;denar in slavo&#8221;, se boji izgube teh stvari in jezen in razo\u010daran, ko se to zgodi. Tretja vrsta sre\u010de prihaja iz slu\u017eenja <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">drugim. Sre\u010da, ki izhaja iz dela, kjer zadovoljujemo sebe s slu\u017eenjem drugim prav tako zadovoljuje ego. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaj je torej resni\u010dno zadovoljstvo? \u017divljenje iz srca, z odsotnostjo ega. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Mi sami smo tisti, ki se v resnici edino lahko spremenimo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pri poti v lastno spremembo, nam lahko pomaga razumevanje, da je \u010dlovek del stvarstva, narave. Prav tako kot narava, ki se spreminja skladno z letnimi \u010dasi, \u017eivljenjskimi cikli, se spreminja tudi \u010dlovek (telo, um, du\u0161a).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Vse to, kar v tem trenutku dojemamo, kar menimo da smo, se v naslednjem trenutku lahko popolnoma spremeni. Vse je v spremembi, \u010dlovek je sprememba. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Torej sre\u010de ni iskati izven, le\u017ei v nas, samo odkriti jo je potrebno. Prav to lahko naredimo s pomo\u010djo joga prakse. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Princip zadovoljstva v jogi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsak praktikant joge se je, ali se v nekem obdobju med samo prakso primerja z drugimi, preverja v umu ali je morda bolj\u0161i ali slab\u0161i od soseda. Ne glede na kateri zahtevnostni stopnji prakse smo, si \u017eelimo ve\u010d. Dobra plat joge je, da ni tekmovanje, imamo celo \u017eivljenje \u010das, da razvijamo na\u0161o prakso, po\u010dasi, nenasilno in z zadovoljstvom. Joga nima meja, ni izmerljiva, je osebna izku\u0161nja vsakega posameznika, zato merjenje v izvedbi asane in dol\u017eine diha ni na mestu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010ce se na praksi joge primerjamo z drugimi, razmi\u0161ljamo kako izgledamo in ali je na\u0161 sosed bolj\u0161i ali slab\u0161i od nas, na nek na\u010din zlorabljamo na\u0161o prakso, saj nas ta vodi v negativnost in v nesprejemanje sebe. Na ta na\u010din hranimo prepri\u010danje, da nismo dovolj dobri taki kot smo. To da sprejmemo omejitve svojega telesa je pomembno tudi z vidika osebne prakse joge \u2013 \u010de se namre\u010d na silo potiskamo v polo\u017eaje, za katere \u0161e nismo (ali morda nikoli ne bomo) pripravljeni, se telo upre, postane togo, se brani pred siljenjem, lahko pa se tudi po\u0161kodujemo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namesto, da nasedemo dana\u0161njim idejam o lepem telesu, in prepri\u010danjem, da na\u0161e telo ni dovolj dobro tak\u0161no kot je, lahko s pomo\u010djo joge okrepimo pozitiven odnos s svojim telesom. Prenehajmo se osredoto\u010dati na to, kako na\u0161e telo izgleda in se za\u010dnimo osredoto\u010dati na to, kako se na\u0161e telo po\u010duti. Po\u010dutje telesa lahko preu\u010dujemo in izbolj\u0161ujemo s pomo\u010djo asane, meditacije, pranajame, s spremembo na\u010dina \u017eivljenja, ki nam ga ponuja joga. Na ta na\u010din se globlje pove\u017eemo s seboj in s svetom okrog nas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kadar smo ujeti v neki situaciji in imamo ob\u010dutek, da ne moremo narediti tistega, kar bi morali, je te\u017eko sprejemati sebe in \u017eiveti v zadovoljstvu. Vendar je to klju\u010dno za trajno osebno preobrazbo. Ravno praksa joge nam pomaga pri potrpe\u017eljivosti v \u017eivljenju, da ozavestimo, da se stvari zgodijo takrat, ko je za nas pri\u0161el \u010das in ne prej, ne glede na to, koliko si mi (ego) to \u017eelimo. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ko \u017eivljenje ni tak\u0161no, kot bi \u017eeleli<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vsi se kdaj znajdemo v te\u017ekih \u017eivljenjskih situacijah \u2013 izgubimo slu\u017ebo, smo v bole\u010dem odnosu ali pa nam ta razpade, na\u0161i otroci imajo te\u017eave v \u0161oli, do\u017eivljamo smrt v dru\u017eini itd\u2026 V teh primerih je te\u017eko \u010dutiti mir in zadovoljstvo. Santosha nas u\u010di, da poi\u0161\u010demo mir v sebi, \u010deprav je okrog nas ne-mir. Praktikant joge se v vsaki situaciji zaveda, da je v te\u017ekih situacijah najbolj pomembna razsodnost in lasten odziv na situacijo. \u010ce znamo poiskati mir v sebi, se zavedamo, da so \u0161e tako te\u017eke situacije le del sprememb in rasti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resni\u010dno zadovoljstvo dosegamo, ko je na\u0161 um \u00bbsatvi\u010den\u00ab, uravnote\u017een. Namesto, da podle\u017eemo hrepenenju po stvareh, ljudeh in situacijah, se prepustimo in sprejmemo \u017eivljenje tako kot je. \u0160ele takrat za\u010dnemo gledati iz najglobljega dela sebe in na\u0161e \u017eivljenje ni ve\u010d omejeno z zunanjimi spremembami. Santosha nas u\u010di, da obdr\u017eimo pozitivno naravnanost tudi v te\u017ekih situacijah. Lahko izberemo plavanje v temi in te\u017eavah ali pa se dvignemo nad izzive in jih vidimo kot prilo\u017enost za rast in transformacijo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ko sprejmemo vse v \u017eivljenju kot bo\u017eje darilo, se prenehamo primerjati z drugimi, takrat se ugasne potreba po \u017eeljah, po \u00bbbiti nekdo\u00ab, po \u00bbdose\u010di nekaj\u00ab, kar ob\u010dutimo kot zadovoljstvo in mir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kot je zapisal kitajski filozof Lao Tzu: &#8220;Bodite zadovoljni s tem, kar imate. Veselite se v stanju kot je. Ko se zaveda\u0161, da ti ni\u010d ne manjka, ves svet pripada tebi. &#8221; <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namaste.
