Vsakodnevno spijte dovolj vode, nesladkanega \u010daja ali pa posezite po Magnesii, mineralni vodi, ki je zaradi ve\u010dje vsebnosti magnezija in manj natrija primerna za vsakodnevno pitje v neomejenih koli\u010dinah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zdrava prehrana in \u0161port<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da sta zdrava prehrana in \u0161port nujni komponenti zdravega \u010dloveka, se zaveda vsakdo. \u0160e posebej pomembno pa je to v zimskem \u010dasu, ko so pogostej\u0161i izbruhi bolezni. Z zdravo prehrano in \u0161portom pa krepimo imunski sistem, zato smo za razli\u010dne oku\u017ebe manj dovzetni ali pa jih vsaj la\u017eje in hitreje prebolimo.<\/p>\n<p>V.
