V najnovej\u0161i raziskavi pa so se strokovnjaki osredoto\u010dili na strukturo skeleta stopala in gle\u017enja pri \u0161printerjih in pri ne-\u0161printerjih. Raziskava je pokazala, da imajo \u0161printerji, v primerjavi z obi\u010dajnimi rekreativni teka\u010di in ne-teka\u010di, za 12 odstotkov kraj\u0161e Ahilove tetive ter dalj\u0161e kosti v sprednjem delu stopala.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160e bolj zanimivo, kot ta podatka, je dejstvo, da strokovnjaki ne poznajo razloga za tak\u0161na odstopanja. Ni namre\u010d pojasnjeno ali sta omenjeni lastnosti \u0161printerjem prirojeni ali pa sta posledici prilagoditve treningom med samim razvojem in rastjo \u0161printerjev.<br \/>\nJasno pa je in strokovnjaki se strinjajo, da prav kraj\u0161a tetiva in dalj\u0161e kosti v prednjem delu stopala \u0161printerjev postavljajo mi\u0161ice v polo\u017eaj, ki omogo\u010dajo ustvarjanje ve\u010dje sile. Vse to pa igra pomembno vlogo pri generiranju pospe\u0161ka.<\/p>\n<h2>Nikar ne obupaj&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Kljub temu, da po vsej verjetnosti nima\u0161 enakih predispozicij v konstrukciji skeleta in tetiv kot profesionalni \u0161printerji, \u0161e ni potrebno vre\u010di pu\u0161ke v koruzo. Ponujamo ti nekaj nasvetov kako lahko na preprost na\u010din pove\u010da\u0161 hitrost in u\u010dinkovitost pri izvajanju \u0161printov, ne da bi za to moral izvajati vsakodnevne naporne treninge.<\/p>\n<h3>Popravi dr\u017eo telesa<\/h3>\n<p>\u010ce razmeroma veliko \u010dasa pre\u017eivi\u0161 v sede\u010dem polo\u017eaju, se to po vsej verjetnosti odra\u017ea na dr\u017ei tvojega telesa. Prsni ko\u0161 za\u010dne vle\u010di skupaj, hrbet postaja vse \u0161ibkej\u0161i, ramena pa se povesijo naprej. Posledica vsega tega je seveda veliko manj\u0161a u\u010dinkovitost pri izvajanju \u0161printov. Vse to se da popraviti z izvajanjem razteznih vaj ter vaj za krepitev osrednjega dela telesa. Predvsem pa se moramo skoncentrirati na dr\u017eo in tako omogo\u010diti telesu gibanje v polnem gibalnem razponu. V nasprotnem primeru se lahko naprezamo in te\u010demo na vso mo\u010d, vendar pa, \u010de poleg nog svojega dela na opravi tudi osrednji del telesa, je to enako kot \u010de bi plavali proti toku.<\/p>\n<p>Pri tem bo v pomo\u010d tudi preprosta vaja; vstani in nekajkrat globoko vdihni, pri tem pa za nekaj sekund zadr\u017ei dih. V tem polo\u017eaju 10 sekund izmenjuj roki kar se da hitro. Temu naj sledi 20 sekundi premor nato pa vajo \u0161e nekajkrat ponovi, tako da osvoji\u0161 pravilno gibanje. S to preprosto tehniko se bo\u0161 nau\u010dil usklajevati hitro gibanje rok in bokov z ostalimi deli telesa in tako razviti mo\u010d in hitrost pomembni za izvajanje \u0161printov.<\/p>\n<h3>Stopnjuj razdaljo \u0161printov<\/h3>\n<p>\u010ce nisi nikoli redno izvajal \u0161printov, ti odsvetujemo, da se odpravi\u0161 na stezo in pri\u010dne\u0161 s \u0161printi na 100 metrov. Telesu mora\u0161 pustiti, da se privadi na eksplozivne vzorce mi\u0161i\u010dnega kr\u010denja in raztezanja.
