Vse skupaj zalijemo z litrom vode, solimo, dodamo \u017eli\u010dko za\u010dimbnega posipa in dve \u017eli\u010dki kopra. Kuhamo dobrih dvajset minut, nato s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom zmiksamo. Okusno juho izrazito zelene barve si lahko nehuj\u0161ajo\u010di potresejo s parmezanom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>RDE\u010cE ZELJE Z JABOLKI<\/h2>\n<p><em>Za \u0161tiri osebe potrebujemo:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u010debulo,<\/li>\n<li>glavico rde\u010dega zelja,<\/li>\n<li>3 jabolka,<\/li>\n<li>sladilo,<\/li>\n<li>malo kisa,<\/li>\n<li>malo vina,<\/li>\n<li>za\u010dimbe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Priprava:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u010cebulo sesekljamo, damo v lonec, prilijemo dober deciliter vode in du\u0161imo \u010detrt ure. Nato dodamo zelje, zrezano na za prst \u0161iroke rezance, olupljena in nakrhljana jabolka, solimo, dodamo \u017eli\u010dko teko\u010dega sladila in dva decilitra vode ter pokrito du\u0161imo. \u010cez pol ure dodamo \u0161e \u0161\u010depec cimeta, pol \u017elice kisa in nekaj \u017elic suhega belega vina ter du\u0161imo \u0161e dvajset minut. Zraven rde\u010dega zelja ponudimo krompirjeve svaljke ali naravni zrezek, ne pa objega skupaj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>BRSTI\u010cNI OHROVT S HRENOVKO<\/h2>\n<p><em>Za \u0161tiri osebe potrebujemo:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pol kilograma brsti\u010dnega ohrovta,<\/li>\n<li>veliko rde\u010do papriko,<\/li>\n<li>2 para hrenovk,<\/li>\n<li>za\u010dimbe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Priprava:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brsti\u010dni ohrovt in na kvadratke zrezano papriko podu\u0161imo z malo vode dvajset minut, nato solimo, dodamo malo za\u010dimbnega posipa in \u0161\u010depec majarona ter na rezine zrezane hrenovke. Du\u0161imo \u0161e pet minut, nato ponudimo s polnozrnatim kruhom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PROSENA KA\u0160A S SLIVAMI<\/h2>\n<p><em>Za \u0161tiri osebe potrebujemo:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ve\u010dje steblo pora,<\/li>\n<li>2 koren\u010dka,<\/li>\n<li>pest suhih sliv,<\/li>\n<li>2 dcl prosene ka\u0161e,<\/li>\n<li>za\u010dimbe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Priprava:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O\u010di\u0161\u010den por zre\u017eemo na kolobarje, koren\u010dek na grobo nastrgamo, slive razko\u0161\u010di\u010dimo in zre\u017eemo na ko\u0161\u010dke. Dodamo \u0161e proseno ka\u0161o, pol litra vode, malo mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka, \u0161\u010depec timijana in sol. Pokrito du\u0161imo pribli\u017eno pol ure, \u010de ho\u010demo, da bo jed manj gosta, prilijemo \u0161e malo vode. Jed je samostojna, dru\u017einskim \u010dlanom, ki ne huj\u0161ajo, pa jo zabelimo z maslom ali dodamo pope\u010deno klobaso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>GOBE S KROMPIRJEM<\/h2>\n<p><em>Potrebujemo:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pol kg \u0161ampinjonov,<\/li>\n<li>pol kg krompirja,<\/li>\n<li>pest graha,<\/li>\n<li>jogurt brez ma\u0161\u010dob,<\/li>\n<li>za\u010dimbe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Priprava:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gobe zre\u017eemo na listi\u010de, krompir na kocke, dodamo \u0161e grah in zli\u010dko za\u010dimbnega posipa, sol ter \u0161\u010depec \u0161atraja.
