Zakaj ravno na delovnem mestu? Nedavna \u0161tudija je pokazala, da je kar 84 odstotkov odraslih \u017ee \u0161lo v slu\u017ebo, kljub temu, da so bili bolni, pri tem pa niso na svojo bolezen opozorili nobenega izmed sodelavcev. Izogibaj se predmetom, ki so v skupni rabi:<\/strong> \u0160tudije so pokazale, da se v pisarnah najve\u010d bacilov nahaja na telefonih, mikrovalni pe\u010dici, kljukah, ro\u010dajih pip in na tipkovnicah. Zaposleni bi morali te predmete razku\u017eevati na dnevni bazi i si umiti roke vsaki\u010d, ko kaj od tega uporabljajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Redno si umivaj roke: <\/strong>Redno umivanje rok je klju\u010den na\u010din, kako se lahko ubranimo virusov. Roke bi si \u0161e posebej temeljito morali umiti pred jedjo, potem, ko beremo \u010dasopis, na strani\u0161\u010du in po sestankih, na katerih se rokujemo. Roke si moramo umivati z milom in toplo vodo vsaj 20 sekund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Veliko pij<\/strong>: Dehidracija v kobinaciji s pomanjkanjem spanja in stresom hitro zru\u0161i imunski sistem. Vsi zaposleni bi morali na svoji mizi vedno imeti poln kozarec vode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Oboro\u017ei se z vitamini<\/strong>: \u010ce opazi\u0161, da se slab\u0161e po\u010duti\u0161, pove\u010daj koli\u010dino vnesenih vitaminov ali pa si po posvetu z zdravnikom omisli tudi vitaminske dodatke. Tudi, \u010de se po\u010duti\u0161 dobro, nikoli ne pozabi, da te pred boleznijo \u0161\u010ditijo vitamini in minerali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Brez dotikanja<\/strong>: Tole je v\u010dasih te\u017eko, ni pa nemogo\u010de.
