Iz njega pripravljajo razli\u010dne jedi, sicer pa ima tudi nekaj koristnih vplivov na zdravje. Sladki krompir je obogaten z vitamini A, B, C in D. Z enim srednje velikim sladkim krompirjem nadomestimo tretjino dnevne potrebe po omenjenih vitaminih, ki zelo ugodno vplivajo predvsem na imunski sistem.<\/p>\n<p>Vsi vemo, da vitamin C pomaga odpravljati prehlade, poleg tega pa ima tudi pomembno vlogo pri zdravju kosti, celjenju ran in prebavi, pomaga pa tudi pri tvorjenju kolagena, ki ko\u017ei podarja mladostno elasti\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p>V sladkem krompirju najde\u0161 tudi dragocene zaloge vitamina D, ki ga telo obi\u010dajno proizvaja pod vplivom son\u010dnih \u017earkov. Poleg tega beta-karoten in drugi karotenoidi v sladkem krompirju izbolj\u0161ujejo vid ter zmanj\u0161ujejo posledice staranja.
