Skupna povr\u0161ina vseh na\u010drtovanih stavb je 62 odstotkov ve\u010dja, kot je bila povr\u0161ina tak\u0161nih stavb, na\u010drtovanih z gradbenimi dovoljenji, pridobljenimi januarja letos, so sporo\u010dili iz dr\u017eavnega statisti\u010dnega urada (Surs). Celotna povr\u0161ina v na\u010drtovanih stanovanjskih stavbah, te so vse enostanovanjske, meri pribli\u017eno 30.000 kvadratnih metrov. V na\u010drtovanih nestanovanjskih stavbah, katerih skupna povr\u0161ina je pribli\u017eno 85.000 kvadratnih metrov, je 55 odstotkov povr\u0161ine namenjene za industrijske stavbe in skladi\u0161\u010da, 18 odstotkov pa za kmetijske stavbe. Povr\u0161ina predvidenih drugih nestanovanjskih stavb bo manj\u0161a. Na\u010drtovanih ve\u010d stanovanj kot v januarju S februarja pridobljenimi gradbenimi dovoljenji za stavbe je bila predvidena gradnja 135 stanovanj, kar je 47 odstotkov ve\u010d, kot jih je bilo predvidenih januarja 2016.
