Dve tretjini teh vpra\u0161ancev je uspelo dose\u010di priporo\u010deno aktivnost, vendar kraj\u0161o kot 10 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava se je osredoto\u010dila na 1181 mo\u0161kih, ki\u00a0so jim namestili\u00a0napravo za spremljanje koli\u010dine in intenzivnosti fizi\u010dne aktivnosti tekom tedna. Ti mo\u0161ki so bili v povpre\u010dju stari 78 let, spremljali so jih kar 5 let, v tem \u010dasu pa jih je 194 od njih umrlo. Raziskava je pokazala, da jesSkupni \u010das, porabljen za telesno dejavnost, pomembnej\u0161i od \u010dasa, na katerega je bila dejavnost razdeljena.
