Dejstvo je, da je enostavno bolje telovaditi takrat, ko imamo enostavno \u010das za to ter da vadbo opravljamo redno.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clove\u0161ko telo ima svoj ritem. Tako kot se prebuja in zaspi ob dolo\u010deni uri, ter si vsak dan za\u017eeli jesti ob istem \u010dasu, se enako navadi tudi na \u010das vadbe. Na to ne vpliva niti to, \u010de smo jutranji ali ve\u010derni tip \u010dloveka. Toda tudi ta strah je brez podlage, \u010de le telovadite vsaj dve uri preden le\u017eete v posteljo.
