{"id":370519,"date":"2018-05-22T11:59:05","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T09:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=370519"},"modified":"2018-05-22T11:59:05","modified_gmt":"2018-05-22T09:59:05","slug":"jajce-na-dan-odzene-zdravnika-stran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/zdrav-duh-telo\/jajce-na-dan-odzene-zdravnika-stran\/","title":{"rendered":"Jajce na dan od\u017eene zdravnika stran"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"text\">\n<p>Medtem ko so nekateri zunanji strokovnjaki \u017ee posvarili, da se na \u0161tudijo ne gre preve\u010d zana\u0161ati, so njeni avtorji zatrdili, da so imeli odrasli Kitajci, ki so vsak dan pojedli jajce, manj\u0161e tveganje za sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni, poro\u010da francoska tiskovna agencija AFP.<\/p>\n<p>Jajca so bogata s holesterolom, kar se je dolgo \u010dasa povezovalo z ve\u010djim tveganjem za sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni. Vsebujejo pa tudi klju\u010dne beljakovine in vitamine.<\/p>\n<p>V raziskavi so skoraj devet let preu\u010devali pol milijona zdravih odraslih, starih od 30 do 79 let. Ugotovili so, da je dnevno u\u017eivanje jajc povezano z manj\u0161im tveganjem za sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni pri posameznikih v primerjavi s tistimi, ki jajc niso jedli.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je \u0161e izpostavila kitajsko-britanska znanstvena ekipa, je bilo tveganje za hemoragi\u010dno mo\u017egansko kap med u\u017eivalci jajc manj\u0161e za 26 odstotkov. Dnevno u\u017eivanje jajc je bilo povezano tudi z 18 odstotkov manj\u0161im tveganjem za smrt zaradi sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni in 28 odstotkov manj\u0161im tveganjem za smrt zaradi hemoragi\u010dne mo\u017eganske kapi.<\/p>\n<p>Trinajst odstotkov sodelujo\u010dih v raziskavi je povedalo, da jajca jedo vsak dan, medtem ko jih devet odstotkov jajc ni jedlo nikoli ali zgolj redko. Znanstveniki so ob koncu raziskave zabele\u017eili skoraj 84.000 primerov sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni in 10.000 smrti zaradi sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni, na te podatke pa so nato pogledali z vidika u\u017eivanja jajc &#8211; glede na to, koliko jajc so sodelujo\u010di zau\u017eili.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0160tudija ugotavlja, da obstaja povezava med zmernim u\u017eivanjem jajc (do jajce dnevno) in ni\u017ejo stopnjo sr\u010dno-\u017eilnega dogodka,&#8221; so sklenili njeni avtorji.<\/p>\n<p>A strokovnjaki, ki niso sodelovali v \u0161tudiji, so ocenili, da njene ugotovitve ne dokazuje, da u\u017eivanje jajc aktivno zmanj\u0161uje tveganje za sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni. &#8220;Pomembna omejitev te \u0161tudije je, da so bili ljudje, ki so redno jedli jajca, veliko premo\u017enej\u0161i od tistih, ki so se jim izogibali,&#8221; je komentiral strokovnjak za prehrano z londonskega univerzitetnega kolid\u017ea Tom Sanders.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ravni kapi na Japonskem, v Avstraliji, Severni Ameriki in Evropi \u017ee desetletja dejansko upadajo, razlog za to pa ostaja nejasen, a bi lahko bil povezan s pove\u010devanjem obilja,&#8221; je dodal.<\/p>\n<p>Strokovnjak za kardiologijo Gavin Sandercock z univerze v Essexu pa je ocenil, da bi bilo na podlagi tak\u0161ne \u0161tudije nespametno trditi, da so jajca dobra ali slaba, saj je na\u010din prehranjevanja nekaj veliko zapletenej\u0161ega kot zgolj izpostavljanje enega vira hrane, ko so jajca.<\/p>\n<p>Revija Heart je ob tem objavila tudi \u0161tudijo, iz katere izhaja, da imajo ljudje, ki na delo hodijo pe\u0161 oz. se vozijo s kolesom, za 11 odstotkov manj\u0161e tveganje za sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni in kap, kot tisti, ki se vozijo z avtomobilom. Tveganje za smrt zaradi sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni pa je bilo med prvimi skoraj za tretjino manj\u0161e, \u0161e izhaja iz \u0161tudije, ki so jo sedem let izvajali med ve\u010d kot 350.000 Britanci.<\/p>\n<p>Sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni so vodilni vzrok smrti in invalidnosti v svetu. Po podatkih Svetovne zdravstvene organizacija vsako leto zaradi sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni umre okoli 17,7 milijona ljudi, kar je skoraj tretjina vseh smrti na svetu.
