Seveda pomembno vlogo igra to, da preprosto pojemo preve\u010d, vendar je tudi kar nekaj drugih faktorjev, ki niso povezani s hrano, kot recimo stres in pomanjkanje spanja, ki povzro\u010dajo, da se redimo.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda pa so veliki krivci za to, da se redimo, tri velike skupine \u017eivil in to so sladkor, ma\u0161\u010dobe in ogljikovi hidrati.
