Japonske smernice prehrane odsevajo njihovo tradicionalno prehrano, ki je bogata z ri\u017eem, ribami, sojini izdelki in vsebuje malo ma\u0161\u010dobe.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-list-component yr-content-list-text text\" data-rapid-cpos=\"4\" data-rapid-subsec=\"paragraph\" data-rapid-parsed=\"subsec\">\n<h2>Zakaj japonci lahko pojejo tako veliko ri\u017ea in se ne zredijo?<\/h2>\n<p>Opravili so raziskavo, v kateri je 80,000 ljudi odgovarjalo na izjemno natan\u010dne vpra\u0161alnike o \u017eivljenjskem stilu in prehrani, s pomo\u010djo katerih so potem dolo\u010dili, kako strogo sledijo smernicam, hkrati pa so raziskovalci kar 15 let sledili njihovemu zdravstvenemu stanju. Zgornja \u010detrtina ljudi, ki so najbolj strogo sledili Japonskim prehrambenim smernicam, so imeli precej zmanj\u0161ano tveganje prezgodnje smrti iz kateregakoli razloga. Raziskovalci so nadzorovali kriterije kot so starost, spol, kajenje, fizi\u010dno aktivnost, indeks telesne mase, zgodovino visokega krvnega tlaka, diabetes ter dislipidemijo, ki\u00a0pomeni motnjo v presnovi ma\u0161\u010dob. Ljudje, ki so imeli v preteklosti raka, do\u017eiveli kapi, imajo sr\u010dne ali kroni\u010dne bolezni ledvic so bili izklju\u010deni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-list-component yr-content-list-text text\" data-rapid-cpos=\"6\" data-rapid-subsec=\"paragraph\" data-rapid-parsed=\"subsec\">\n<p>James DiNicolantonio, kardiovaskularni raziskovalec na ameri\u0161kem sr\u010dnem in\u0161titutu St. Luke&#8217;s, je strastni zagovornik teorije, da so sladkor in ogljikovi hidrati resni\u010dni razlog za debelost in metaboli\u010dne bolezni. Ljudi, ki bi radi shuj\u0161ali, tudi spodbuja, da u\u017eivajo hrano z vi\u0161njim dele\u017eem ma\u0161\u010dobe in kalorijami, ki jim bo dala ve\u010dji ob\u010dutek sitosti. Toda celo on opa\u017ea, da japonska prehrana z veliko ogljikovimi hirati deluje, saj je klju\u010d v kvaliteti hrane, ki jo jejo, kako malo ma\u0161\u010dobe pojejo, in stopnja njihove aktivnosti, je pojasnil za HuffingtonPost.
