Bolj natan\u010dno dieto bi morali dolo\u010diti v sodelovanju z astrologom in nutricionistom, a splo\u0161ne smernice glede na horoskopsko znamenje so vam na voljo \u017ee zdaj in tukaj.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Ovne<\/h2>\n<p>Ovni so energi\u010dni in odlo\u010dni, zato se tako lotevajo tudi diete: z veliko entuziazma in natan\u010dnim na\u010drtom. Njihova \u0161ibka to\u010dka pri dietah je, da hitro obupajo, \u010de ni takoj\u0161njih rezultatov. Huj\u0161ajo sicer po\u010dasi, a jih to ne moti preve\u010d \u2013 Biki so potrpe\u017eljivi in ko se za dieto odlo\u010dijo, jo bodo pripeljali do konca. Za Bike je najbolje, da jedo veliko sadja, zelenjave in \u017eitaric, od za\u010dimb pa Bikom priporo\u010dajo \u010dili in curry.\u00a0 Biki naj se izogibajo sladkorju, sla\u0161\u010dicam in mastnim omakam.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Dvoj\u010dka<\/h2>\n<p>Dvoj\u010dki imajo kaoti\u010dne prehranjevalne navade in radi pojedo kaj nezdravega. Zanje bi bilo najbolje, da jedo ve\u010dkrat dnevno, a majhne obroke. Kava ni dobra izbira za dvoj\u010dke, enako tudi druge pija\u010de s kofeinom. Lahko pa pijejo zeleni \u010daj. Dvoj\u010dki naj jedo \u010dim ve\u010d sezonske zelenjave in sve\u017eega sadja, npr. pomaran\u010de, grenivke, breskve in marelice.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Rake<\/h2>\n<p>Za Rake je zna\u010dilno, da so gurmani, radi kuhajo in radi se dru\u017eijo ob hrani, zato se jim pogosto zgodi, da se \u2013 \u010de ne prej \u2013 v zrelih letih zredijo. Zato morajo pri hrani paziti in izbirati nizkokalori\u010dno, a raznoliko prehrano. Najbolj\u0161a \u017eivila za Rake so: ribe, morski sade\u017ei, grozdje in zelenjavni sokovi (koren\u010dkov, cveta\u010dni, zeljni, \u2026). Izogibajo pa naj se sladkorju, pecivom, belemu kruhu in pivu. Poleg tega Raki radi svoj stres bla\u017eijo s hrano oz. prenajedanjem. Raki morajo paziti, da imajo redno in pravilno prehrano, sicer imajo hitro tudi prebavne te\u017eave.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Leve<\/h2>\n<p>Levi so hedonisti\u010dna bitja, ki u\u017eivajo v potovanjih, ljubezni, svobodi, a tudi v hrani in pija\u010di. A hkrati imajo tudi hiter metabolizem, zaradi katerega so ves \u010das aktivni in tudi vitki. Na stara leta se v\u010dasih zredijo, zato morajo poskrbeti, da se dovolj gibajo. Prehrana Levov naj bo raznolika, predvsem naj pazijo na vnos \u017eeleza (\u0161pina\u010da, blitva, brokoli, rde\u010da pesa). Jedo naj tudi veliko sadja, npr. grozdja, kokosa in rozin. Vse \u017eivljenje naj Levi skrbijo za fizi\u010dno aktivnost \u2013 bolj intenziven ko je trening, bolje zanje.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Device<\/h2>\n<p>Device imajo ob\u010dutljiva prebavila, ki so pogosto tudi dokaj lena. Zato Devicam priporo\u010dajo lahko hrano, kot je kuhana zelenjava, \u0161pina\u010da, solate, \u017eita, paradi\u017enik, jabolka, banane in integralni ri\u017e. \u0160e bolj kot za druge znake, za Devico velja, da bi se morala izogibati fast foodu, mesu, za\u010dinjeni in mastni hrani.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Tehtnice<\/h2>\n<p>Tehtnice so po naravi \u017eivahne in aktivne, zato ponavadi nimajo te\u017eav s te\u017eo, bi pa morale paziti, da je njihova prehrana uravnote\u017eena. Piti morajo veliko vode, alkoholu in sladkim pija\u010dam pa naj se izogibajo. Za Tehtnice je najbolj\u0161a hrana z veliko beljakovinami, kot so recimo ribe, morksi sade\u017ei, jogurt in drugi mle\u010dni izdelki. Poleg tega je zanje dober integralni ri\u017e, koruza, paradi\u017enik, \u0161pina\u010da, \u0161parglji, grozdje, jabolka, jagode in mandlji. Tehtnice bi se morale izogibati sla\u0161\u010dicam in jesti hrano, bogato z vlakninami. To velja \u0161e posebej za mo\u0161ke.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za \u0160korpijone<\/h2>\n<p>Strastni \u0160korpijoni imajo veliko sposobnost fokusiranja na eno stvar (naj bo to delo, ljubezen ali ustvarjanje), zato se jim ve\u010dkrat zgodi, da pozabijo jesti \u2013 potem pa zamujeno nadoknadijo s preveliko porcijo, ki jo prehitro pojedo. Rado se jim zgodi, da se nad eno vrsto hrane \u010disto preve\u010d navdu\u0161ijo in se malodane na\u017eirajo z njo. Pazijo naj pri mo\u010dno za\u010dinjeni hrani, saj jim lahko dra\u017ei sluznico. Prava hrana za \u0160korpijone pa je: integralni ri\u017e, zelena solata, zelena, kal\u010dki, kumare, \u010de\u0161nje, pomaran\u010de in limone.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Strelce<\/h2>\n<p>Strelci radi pretiravajo s hrano, pri tem pa niso gurmani, ampak navdu\u0161enci nad hitro prehrano. To je deloma tudi posledica tega, da so Strelci preleni, da bi kuhali oz. se jim to ne zdi dovolj pomembno. Svoj obrok najraje pojedo hitro, po mo\u017enosti kar stoje. Strelci morajo paziti, da v telo vnesejo dovolj vitamina C, jedo naj tudi veliko paradi\u017enika, \u010debule in \u010desna.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Kozoroge<\/h2>\n<p>Kozorogi obi\u010dajno nimajo te\u017eav s te\u017eo, \u010deprav radi dobro jedo. Njihov metabolizem je namre\u010d hiter in pravilen. \u010ce se vseeno zredijo, hitro izgubijo kilograme in spet pridejo v idealno formo. Kozorogi naj jedo veliko zelenjave, zelenjavih juh in solat. Zanje so dobre zmerne koli\u010dine mesa, predvsem perutnine in divja\u010dine. Verjeli ali ne, Kozorogom astrologi priporo\u010dajo \u010dokolado, ki lahko popravi njihovo, pogosto preresno in melanholi\u010dno, razpolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Vodnarje<\/h2>\n<p>Vodnarji so vesele narave in se redko zredijo. Kadar se lotijo diete, naj se izogibajo predvsem mastnemu mesu in sladkarijam. Dobra hrana zanje je sadje (jabolka, citrusi), suho sadje in ore\u0161\u010dki. Prav tako Vodnarjem priporo\u010dajo, da se izognejo ekscentri\u010dnim jedem in raje jedo enostavne jedi.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta za Ribe<\/h2>\n<p>Ribe rade veliko in dobro jedo, a ko se prenajedo, imajo pogosto te\u017eave, saj imajo zelo ob\u010dutljiv organizem. Pibe imajo pogosto te\u017eave s prebavo in \u017eelodcem. \u010ce so pod \u010dustvenim stresom, lahko dobijo rano na \u017eelodcu ali imajo te\u017eave s pretiranim izlo\u010danjem \u017eelod\u010dne kisline. Da bi vztrajale z zdravim prehranjevanjem, Ribe potrebujejo podporo prijateljev in dru\u017eine.
