V Sloveniji je bila rast 13,4-odstotna, na Irskem 12,3-odstotna, na Portugalskem 12,2-odstotna in na Slova\u0161kem 11,7-odstotna.<\/p>\n<p>Na drugi strani lestvice so se cene na Finskem zni\u017eale za 0,1 odstotka, v Italiji in na \u0160vedskem pa za 0,4 odstotka.<\/p>\n<p>V primerjavi z zadnjim lanskim \u010detrtletjem pa so se cene v obdobju od januarja do konca marca v Latviji dvignile za 7,5 odstotka. Sledile so Slovenija in Mad\u017earska (4,4 odstotka), Portugalska (3,7 odstotka), Danska (3,2 odstotka), Slova\u0161ka (2,9 odstotka) in Nizozemska ter Luksemburg (2,8 odstotka).<\/p>\n<p>Padec so zabele\u017eili na Malti (-4,7 odstotka), Cipru (-1,8 odstotka), \u0160vedskem (-0,8 odstotka), v Nem\u010diji (-0,4 odstotka) in v Italiji (-0,1 odstotka).<\/p>\n<p>Eurostat je sicer nekoliko popravil tudi podatke za zadnje lansko \u010detrtletje. Medletno so se stanovanjske nepremi\u010dnine v zadnjih treh mesecih 2017 v obmo\u010dju evra zvi\u0161ale za 4,3 odstotka (0,1 odstotne to\u010dke ve\u010d od prve ocene), v celotni uniji pa za 4,5 odstotka (enako glede na aprilsko oceno).
