Velikokrat lahko sli\u0161imo, da v bistvu poslu\u0161amo bolj z o\u010dmi kot z u\u0161esi in da je to, kar povemo, \u0161e najmanj pomembno. Kadar nekaj izrazimo sebi, oziroma znotraj sebe, ali tedaj tudi uporabljamo geste za to, so kdaj prisotne? Iz lastnega opa\u017eanja bi prej rekel, da ne, vsaj ne v tak\u0161ni obliki, kot se to dostikrat pojavlja v stiku z drugimi ljudmi. Kadar smo sami, samo smo, si povemo in za\u010dutimo dogajanje, na\u0161e gibanje pa ne izvira iz potrebe, da nekomu to poka\u017eemo, naka\u017eemo, razlo\u017eimo ali poudarimo. Zato tudi ni odve\u010dnega gibanja, ampak se samo sporazumemo znotraj sebe, gibanje se zgodi spontano, naravno in to\u010dno toliko, kot je v danem trenutku prav.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><b>Izra\u017eanje s pomo\u010djo plesa, gibanja in glasbe<\/b><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kaj pa se dogaja pri plesu in drugih oblikah gibanja, kako hitro \u017eelimo oziroma smo navajeni, da bi naj gibanje imelo \u00bbna\u0161 podpis\u00ab? Kako hitro smo \u00bbvpleteni\u00ab v gib, stremimo k temu, da ima gibanje neko sporo\u010dilo, ob\u010dutek, \u010dustvo, zgodbo, dogajanje ali karakter? Kolikokrat se to pojavi tudi ob prisotnosti glasbe, npr. ob besedilu pesmi ali vokalu? Kolikokrat se v\u017eivimo v zgodbo, sporo\u010dilo, ob\u010dutek, \u010dustvo ali tudi v vzdu\u0161je, ki je ustvarjeno preko tona glasu, in\u0161trumentov ali besedila? Kako bi bilo, \u010de bi dojemali glas zgolj kot zvok, ne kot vsebino, kar<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">govori, ampak samo kot zvok kakr\u0161en je, koliko \u010dasa traja, kak\u0161ne barve in jakosti je, brez potrebe, da bi se poistovetili ali \u00bbvpletli\u00ab v to?<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kaj se zgodi, kadar se osebno ne \u00bbvpletemo\u00ab? Nastane prostor za gibanje, ki je odziv na glasbo in ni lastna interpretacija, ampak zgolj telesni odziv na zvok. Pojavi se ob\u010dutek olaj\u0161anja, saj ni potrebe po tem, da se vpletemo \u010dustveno, idejno, senzori\u010dno, preko neke vloge ali zgodbe, ki si jo predstavljamo. Nastane prostor, da se dejansko zgodi gibanje v odnosu z glasbo. In postanemo samo \u00bbprevodniki\u00ab oziroma medij, skozi katerega te\u010de ta povezava. Zgubi se tudi potreba ega po lastnem podpisu in potrditvi.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\"><b>Preto\u010dnost telesa in glasbe<\/b><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Zakaj pravzaprav prihaja do tega, da dostikrat ni prostora za \u010distost in iskrenost gibanja ter povezavo in preto\u010dnost glasbe skozi telo? Iz opa\u017eanj bi rekel, ker obstaja strah, da v tem primeru to ni \u00bbna\u0161e\u00ab oziroma ni avtenti\u010dno. To je mogo\u010de<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">na prvi pogled smiselno, vendar ni \u010disto tako, kajti v vsakem primeru smo prisotni, v vsakem primeru \u00bbte\u010de skozi nas\u00ab in tolik\u0161na \u00bbvpletenost\u00ab je tudi popolnoma dovolj. Ni\u010d ve\u010d ni potrebno. Takrat nastane prostor za gib, za odnos ali povezavo telesa z glasbo, da se glasba izrazi skozi nas, prav tako pa nastane prostor, da se naravno in pristno zgodijo \u010dustva, ideje, zgodbe in zaznave. Vendar imajo le te osnovo drugje, ste\u010dejo skozi nas, brez da bi se morali sami \u00bbvpletati\u00ab v izraznost na\u0161ega plesa ali gibanja. Dogaja se preko nas in gledalec res lahko vidi gib v povezavi z glasbo, \u010dustvi, zgodbo in vzdu\u0161jem, ne pa nekoga, ki to dela. V tem primeru mi nismo nekdo, ki ple\u0161e, ampak postanemo ples. Enako velja za karkoli po\u010dnemo v \u017eivljenju. S tem, ko naredimo prostor, ne samo, da omogo\u010dimo \u00bbpretok skozi nas\u00ab, ampak je tudi raznolikost, \u0161irina in nabor, kaj vse se lahko izrazi, neprimerljivo ve\u010dji in prakti\u010dno neskon\u010den. Kreativnost se skozi lahko nas izrazi v najrazli\u010dnej\u0161ih oblikah, v obliki gibanja, plesa, umetnosti, besede, \u010dustva, ideje, zaznava\u2026<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kako bi to lahko uporabili v na\u0161em vsakdanu? Najprej je potrebno razumeti, da to, da delujemo v preto\u010dnem in iskrenem stanju oziroma na na\u010din, da se ne \u00bbvpletamo\u00ab ter omogo\u010damo prostor, ni omejeno s plesom ali katerokoli aktivnostjo \u017ee. Gre za stanje, v katerem smo. V takem stanju lahko izvajamo katerokoli aktivnost: jogo, kuhamo, gremo v trgovino, opravljamo pisarni\u0161ka dela, gospodinjska opravila, pri komunikaciji, v odnosih z drugimi ljudmi\u2026 Ustvarjamo prostor, da se lahko ta aktivnost izra\u017ea skozi nas, da za\u017eivi skozi nas, brez potrebe lastnega podpisa, potrditve ali ocene. Odkrivali bomo, kako se gibanje povezuje z glasbo, idejami in \u010dustvi ter v komunikaciji z drugimi osebami. Delavnica je odprta za vsakogar, predhodno plesno znanje ali gibalne sposobnosti niso pomembne.
