A izkazalo se je, da lahko pride do prekomerne naselitve dolo\u010denih bakterij &#8211; kar ima seveda zdravstvene posledice.<\/p>\n<h2>Koristne bakterije<\/h2>\n<p>V zadnjem \u010dasu so se nakopi\u010dili dokazi za kompleksno povezanost \u010drevesja z na\u0161im du\u0161evnim zdravjem. Znanstveniki zdaj verjamejo, da se nekatere psihi\u010dne te\u017eave in nevrolo\u0161ka obolenja za\u010dnejo ravno v trebuhu.<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/profimedia-0381531987-320x155.jpg\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/profimedia-0381531987-660x320.jpg 660w,https:\/\/moski.hudo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/profimedia-0381531987-320x155.jpg 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\"\/><figcaption>Mle\u010dnokislinske bakterije (foto:Profimedia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Da bi naredili nekaj dobrega za zdravje, ljudje tako radi posegamo po probioti\u010dnih \u017eivilih, ki so polna &#8216;dobrih&#8217; oz. zdravju koristnih bakterij, s \u010dimer pove\u010damo \u0161tevilo teh bakterij v na\u0161em prebavnem traktu. A u\u017eivanje teh bakterij lahko ima negativne posledice, zdaj ugotavljajo raziskovalci z univerze Augusta v ZDA.<\/p>\n<p>V <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41424-018-0030-7\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u010dlanku za revijo \u00bbClinical and Translational Gastroenterology\u00ab<\/span><\/a> so poro\u010dali o tem, da so pri 22-ih od skupno 30-ih preiskovancev ugotovili povezavo med zmedenostjo in te\u017eavami s koncentracijo na eni strani ter napihnjenostjo, bole\u010dinami v \u017eelodcu in napenjanjem na drugi.<\/p>\n<p>Po natan\u010dnej\u0161em pregledu so v tankem \u010drevesju tistih 22, ki trpijo za omenjenimi te\u017eavami, odkrili ogromne kolonije mle\u010dnokislinskih bakterij (rod <em>Lactobacillus<\/em>), ki proizvajajo velike koli\u010dine D-lakti\u010dne kisline.<\/p>\n<p>D-lakti\u010dna kislina (tj. oblika mle\u010dne kisline) na nevrone v mo\u017eganih deluje strupeno, kar med drugim vpliva na spomin, ob\u010dutek za \u010das in temeljne miselne procese. Nekateri od preiskovancev so v krvi imeli dva do trikrat toliko mle\u010dne kisline, kot je obi\u010dajno za zdrave ljudi. Motnje v miselnih procesih so pri teh ljudeh nastopile kmalu po zau\u017eitju hrane ter trajale od pol ure do ve\u010d ur. Po lastnih navedbah nekateri zaradi te\u017eav ve\u010d niso mogli opravljati dela in so izgubili slu\u017ebo.<\/p>\n<p>Teh 22 oseb je imelo, poleg podobnih te\u017eav, \u0161e eno skupno to\u010dko: redno u\u017eivanje probioti\u010dnih \u017eivil, pogosto v prekomernih koli\u010dinah.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Dobre&#8217; bakterije na &#8216;slabem&#8217; mestu<\/h2>\n<p>Namesto v debelem \u010drevesu, kjer te bakterije niso problemati\u010dne, so se pri preiskovancih prekomerno naselile v tankem \u010drevesu in \u017eelodcu. Z u\u017eivanjem probiotikov so ljudje poru\u0161ili ravnovesje \u010drevesne flore in povzro\u010dili naselitev bakterij Lactobacillus na &#8216;napa\u010dnih&#8217; delih prebavnega trakta.<\/p>\n<p>Pri zdravih ljudeh se, po zahvali uravnote\u017eenega mikrobioma, v tankem \u010drevesu proizvede zelo malo mle\u010dne kisline, kar za organizem ni problemati\u010dno. Bakterije iz probiotikov v tankem \u010drevesu pa presnavljajo sladkor iz hrane in ga pretvarjajo v mle\u010dno kislino. Ta se absorbira preko stene \u010drevesa in pristane v krvi, od tam pa potuje v mo\u017egane. Ko svoje tanko \u010drevo nevede naselimo z mle\u010dnokislinskimi bakterijamo, tako ustvarimo pogoje za zakisanje z mle\u010dno kislino in motnje delovanja mo\u017eganov, svarijo avtorji raziskave.<\/p>\n<h2>Probioti\u010dna \u017eivila bi morali uporabljati zgolj kot zdravilo<\/h2>\n<p>&#8221;Probiotiki bi morali biti zdravilo in ne prosto dostopno prehransko dopolnilo,&#8221; je zaklju\u010dil dr. Satish Rao, ki je vodil raziskavo.
