Gre predvsem za to, da kakor pri ostalih stvareh, ki jih po\u010dnemo, po\u010dasi za\u010dnemo opazovati in zaznavati svoje telo. \u0160e preden se za\u010dnemo gibati, lahko samo opazujemo svoje dihanje, s stopali zaznavamo tla pod njimi, ali \u010de le\u017eimo, zaznavamo podlago pod nami. Ni potrebno karkoli narediti za to, samo opazujemo in postajamo vedno bolj ozave\u0161\u010deni o tem kar se dogaja in kaj zaznavamo. To je stanje, iz katerega se lahko rodi gibanje, ki ni prisiljeno ali umetno izvedeno, ampak izvira skozi nas in na\u0161e zaznavanje telesa. Pri umetno izvedenem gibu lahko \u010dutimo notranje naprezanje, notranjo te\u017enjo in pritisk, da se moramo gibati. Ob\u010dutimo lahko prisilo. Ta prisila lahko izvira iz razli\u010dnih razlogov, kot npr., da se moramo premakniti, ker je sedaj glasba in ker je pri\u010dakovano, da se bomo na dolo\u010deno glasbo premikali na pri\u010dakovan na\u010din, da dose\u017eemo dolo\u010deno podobo, ki si jo prej zadamo in jo \u017eelimo dose\u010di. Na prvi pogled se nam morda to zdi normalno. Ampak ali je tudi naravno? Kolikokrat pravzaprav \u010dutimo, da bi \u017eeleli nekaj narediti druga\u010de kot mislimo, da je pri\u010dakovano od nas, pa si ne dovolimo zares slediti intuitivnemu vzgibu po gibanju? Kadar smo zares prisotni v trenutku, takrat je \u0161ele omogo\u010den prostor, da se lahko naravno gibanje sploh zgodi, \u010de se pojavi. Obstaja tudi mo\u017enost, da bomo nekaj \u010dasa mirovali, ker bo to tudi dejansko naravno v danem trenutku. In ko se bomo premaknili, bo to potekalo zelo enostavno, jasno, preprosto. Pa to ne pomeni, da bo na\u0161e gibanje fizi\u010dno manj zahtevno, sploh ne, morda se bomo premikali na na\u010dine, kot se \u0161e nikoli do sedaj nismo. Morda se bomo gibali tako, kot do sedaj nismo vedeli, da na\u0161e telo zmore. Govorim o tem, da za naravno gibanje ni potrebno niti kan\u010dka truda, da vemo, kaj je potrebno narediti. Torej, \u0161ele ko ostajamo prisotni v lasnem telesu in zaznavi, lahko tudi jasno prepoznamo in zaznavamo drugo osebo. Dokler je druga oseba samo blizu nas in \u0161e nismo v fizi\u010dnem kontaktu z njo, je to stanje obi\u010dajno mo\u017eno la\u017eje ohranjati. Kadar pa pridemo v stik z drugim telesom, dostikrat ne \u201csli\u0161imo\u201d ve\u010d notranjega dogajanja, ampak postanemo bolj pozorni na dogajanje izven sebe. To ne pomeni, da bi morali ignorirati drugo osebo, ravno nasprotno. \u0160ele ko ostajamo prisotni v lastni zaznavi, lahko jasno za\u010dutimo in prepoznamo, kako se druga oseba v danem trenutku giblje, hkrati pa tudi jasno \u010dutimo, kako se nam pa\u0161e gibati. S tem ostajava oba popolnoma svobodna v svojem gibu, hkrati pa tudi popolnoma povezana. Takrat se lahko zgodi ples med dvema osebama, takrat je prostor za ples, da za\u017eivi skozi njiju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V Studio Eviana v Trzinu bosta v soboto, 1.9.2018 in nedeljo, 2.9.2018 potekali dve delavnici, in sicer v dopoldanskih urah delavnica Present Mo(ve)ment, v popoldanskih in ve\u010dernih urah pa Poletni Intenzivni Salsa Vikend. Na obeh delavnicah si bo vsak od nas lahko podaril izku\u0161anje plesa in gibanja na \u010duje\u010d ter prisoten na\u010din. Delavnici bosta vodila plesalka in dipl. psihologinja Ana Jurenec ter plesalec in koreograf Miljan Noji\u010d. Plesno in gibalno znanje ter sposobnosti za obisk delavnic niso pomembne, tako da ste vabljeni vsi, ki vas tovrstno raziskovanje in izku\u0161anje gibanja ter plesa zanima.
