Da bi to dosegli, je treba &#8220;odpreti&#8221; stene celic, pri \u010demer si je pomagal s tehnologijo ultrazvoka, izdatno pa je Bajdi pomagal elektronik Milenko Sekuli\u010d. Po petih letih so dejansko uspeli in\u0161talirati posebne elemente, ki proizvajajo ultrazvoke, na stroje za stiskanje oljk. Omenjeni elementi povzro\u010dijo odprtje sten celic in s tem lo\u010devanje molekul olja od ostalih delov mase.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;S tem smo dosegli to, da mase ni potrebno ve\u010d toplotno obdelovati,&#8221; je povzel Bajda. Na ta na\u010din je v olj\u010dnem olju do 30 odstotkov ve\u010d antioksidantov, kar je velik korak v smeri kakovosti samega olja. Poleg tega se sam \u010das predelave skraj\u0161a iz 45 na 30 minut, prav tako pa so ugotovili, da je na ta na\u010din pridobljeno olje dalj \u010dasa obstojno.<\/p>\n<p>Po pridobitvi slovenskega patenta zdaj poteka postopek mednarodnega preverjanja. Kot je napovedal Bajda, bodo svoj proizvod v prvi vrsti tr\u017eili &#8220;na svojem pragu&#8221;, usmerili pa se bodo tudi v lekarne in specializirane \u017eivilske trgovine.<\/p>\n<p>Na nov inovativen na\u010din so do zdaj obdelovali le svoje oljke, pri \u010demer pridelajo okoli dve toni olja letno, od zdaj naprej pa bo po malenkost vi\u0161ji ceni postopek oz. storitev na voljo tudi njihovim strankam.<\/p>\n<p>Na dana\u0161nji novinarski konferenci so predstavili tudi nov olj\u010dni namaz s sirom, ki je nastal v sodelovanju z mlekarno Planika.
