Pri nas uspeva predvsem na Primorskem in Gori\u0161kem, ker pa ni pretirano ob\u010dutljiv na temperature, pa lahko raste tudi drugod. Najbolj\u0161i so zelo mehki in zreli, \u010de pa namerava\u0161 kupiti ve\u010djo koli\u010dino <b>kakija<\/b>, izberi trde in \u0161e ne zrele, ki jih nato pusti na sobni temperaturi, da do konca dozorijo. Nezreli <b>kakiji<\/b> namre\u010d nimajo ni\u010d kaj prijetnega okusa, saj so zelo trpki.<\/p>\n<h2>Kak\u0161ne so hranilne vrednosti kakija?<\/h2>\n<p><b>Kaki <\/b>vsebuje veliko enostavnih in hitro prebavljivih sladkorjev v obliki glukoze in fruktoze, zato ga je koristno u\u017eivati kar na te\u0161\u010de, saj te bo oskrbel z veliko energije za za\u010detek delovnega dneva. Vsebuje tudi veliko pomembnih rudnin in elementov v sledovih, kot so kalij, magnezij, \u017eelezo, jod, krom, baker, selen in fluor.
