Vpra\u0161alnik se je nana\u0161al na njihove prehranske navade ter pogostost simptomov, ki so jih ob\u010dutile med menopavzo, kot so potenje med spanjem, bole\u010dine v sklepih in mi\u0161icah ter te\u017eave z mehurjem, raziskavo povzema Reuters.<\/p>\n<h2>Rastlinska hrana za bla\u017ejo menopavzo<\/h2>\n<p>\u017denske so nato razvrstili v tri skupine glede prehranskih navad: Tiste, ki so u\u017eivale oblico sadja in zelenjave, tiste \u010digar prehrana je vsebovala veliko olj in sladkarij ter tiste, ki so v prehrano vklju\u010devale mastno hrano in prigrizke.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskovalci so ugotovili, da so \u017eenske, ki so u\u017eivale veliko sadja in zelenjave, ob\u010dutile veliko bla\u017ejo obliko menopavze kot tiste, ki so se prehranjevale z mastno hrano in prigrizki.
