{"id":381701,"date":"2018-11-26T17:32:44","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T16:32:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=381701"},"modified":"2018-11-26T17:32:44","modified_gmt":"2018-11-26T16:32:44","slug":"v-solskih-vrtcevskih-obrokih-dovolj-sadja-zelenjave-premalo-rib-belega-mesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/aktualno\/v-solskih-vrtcevskih-obrokih-dovolj-sadja-zelenjave-premalo-rib-belega-mesa\/","title":{"rendered":"V \u0161olskih in vrt\u010devskih obrokih dovolj sadja in zelenjave, a premalo rib in belega mesa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"text\">\n<p>Kot je zapisano v poro\u010dilu, ki ga je po koncu strokovnega spremljanja pripravil Nacionalni in\u0161titut za javno zdravje (NIJZ), velika ve\u010dina zavodov oz. 77 odstotkov pripravlja vse obroke, ki jih priporo\u010dajo smernice zdravega prehranjevanja ministrstva za zdravje iz leta 2005, pri \u010demer ima ve\u010dina zavodov urnik obrokov tudi sestavljen tako, da je med obroki vsaj dve uri presledka.<\/p>\n<p>Pri vsakem obroku otroci in u\u010denci po ugotovitvah NIJZ dobijo precej\u0161en dele\u017e sadja ali zelenjave, so pa manj pogosto od priporo\u010denega pri obrokih zastopane ribe in ribje jedi. Enako velja za belo meso in &#8220;izdelke z vidno strukturo&#8221;. Za belo meso in izdelke z vidno strukturo je namre\u010d priporo\u010dilo, da se pojavljajo pri 40 odstotkih dnevnih obrokov, podatki pa ka\u017eejo, da so prisotni pri 28 odstotkih kosil, v 10 odstotkih dopoldanskih malic in v le treh odstotkih popoldanskih malic, so navedli na NIJZ.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi polnozrnati izdelki v obroke niso vklju\u010deni tako pogosto, kot naj bi bili. Polnozrnate izdelke naj bi namre\u010d otroci in u\u010denci u\u017eivali pri polovici vseh obrokov, rezultati pregleda pa ka\u017eejo, da so vklju\u010deni v 42 odstotkov dopoldanskih malic, 28 odstotkov popoldanskih malic in 26 odstotkov kosil.<\/p>\n<p>Na drugi strani se nekatera \u017eivali na mizah v vrtcih in \u0161olah pojavljajo v ve\u010dji meri, kot je priporo\u010deno. Slednje velja za pekovske in sla\u0161\u010di\u010darske izdelke z vi\u0161jo vsebnostjo sladkorja in ma\u0161\u010dob, vklju\u010dno z industrijskimi deserti in sladkarijami, ter za mle\u010dne izdelke z dodanimi sladkorji in ve\u010djo vsebnostjo aditivov. Strokovnjaki NIJZ tudi ugotavljajo, da so &#8220;mesni izdelki s homogeno strukturo&#8221; ali ve\u010djo vsebnostjo ma\u0161\u010dob prepogosto vklju\u010deni v dopoldanske malice in kosila.<\/p>\n<p>Pri strokovnem spremljanju 92 zavodov so na NIJZ preverjali tudi, katero hrano otroci in u\u010denci najpogosteje zavra\u010dajo. Ugotovili so, da najpogosteje zavra\u010dajo zelenjavo in zelenjavne jedi ter razli\u010dne vrste juh, najredkeje pa sadje in sadne jedi ter meso in mesne jedi. Ugotovili so tudi, da ve\u010dina zavodov nabavi do 12 odstotkov ekolo\u0161kih \u017eivil ter od 10 do 40 odstotkov lokalnih \u017eivil.<\/p>\n<p>Na splo\u0161no pa na NIJZ ugotavljajo, da sta \u0161olska in vrt\u010devska prehrana v slovenskem \u0161olskem sistemu organizacijsko in zakonodajno dobro urejeni, primerno pozornost pa jima posve\u010dajo tudi nacionalni strate\u0161ki dokumenti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spremljanje skladnosti \u0161olske in vrt\u010devske prehrane s smernicami, ki ga je lani v 92 \u0161olah in vrtcih opravil NIJZ, je pokazalo, da obroki otrok in dijakov vsebujejo dovolj sadja in zelenjave, premalo pa rib in belega mesa.
