Poznamo ve\u010d poti in zvrsti joge, a na Zahodu je najbolj raz\u0161irjena in poznana Hatha joga. Hatha joga je del Rad\u017ea joge, tj. ena od \u0161tirih poti joge, ki je usmerjena v obvladovanje telesa in mi\u0161ljenja. Sama joga je v dana\u0161njem zahodnem svetu vedno bolj prisotna kot vadba, a ne smemo pozabiti, da za telesnimi polo\u017eaji le\u017ei ogromno ve\u010d. V tem \u010dlanku bo prikaz joge na bolj prakti\u010den na\u010din, in sicer z izpostavitvijo asan, ki pripomorejo k izbolj\u0161anju surfanja.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Joga krepi mi\u0161ice, ki jih potrebujemo pri surfanju<\/h2>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surfanje<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> izhaja iz angle\u0161ke besede <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">surf<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kar pomeni pena in spada med vodne \u0161porte, pri katerem je za premikanje izkori\u0161\u010dena energija, ki se spro\u0161\u010da pri lomu valov. Gre za vodno aktivnost, ki postaja vse bolj atraktivna za vso populacijo, ne glede na spol, starost in poklic. Surfanje je \u0161port, pri katerem je potrebno imeti dobro ravnote\u017eje, koordinacijo in seveda koncentracijo, da lahko vstanemo na deski. Pri vsem tem ne smemo pozabiti na mo\u010d v trupu, rokah in nogah ter na gibljivost telesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vadba <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hatha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> joge blagodejno vpliva na celotno po\u010dutje in zdravje. Z redno vadbo se izbolj\u0161a raven in pretok energije v telesu. Poleg tega se mo\u010dno zmanj\u0161ajo posledice stresa in utrujenosti, saj se izbolj\u0161a kakovost spanca, vse skupaj pa izredno dobro vpliva na regeneracijo telesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/zdravje\/hujsanje-in-rekreacija\/vse-kar-morate-vedeti-o-surf-jogi\/galerija\/10629640_10152622155505944_7559795191803532227_n\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-254425\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-254425\" src=\"http:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2016\/04\/10629640_10152622155505944_7559795191803532227_n-357x660.jpg\" alt=\"10629640_10152622155505944_7559795191803532227_n\" width=\"357\" height=\"660\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Pri surfanju je pomembno, da se z jogo okrepijo mi\u0161ice, sklepi postanejo mo\u010dnej\u0161i in bolj gibljivi, zaradi \u010desar telo postane vse bolj skladno in mo\u010dno. Z asanami oz. telesnimi polo\u017eaji poskrbimo, da se izbolj\u0161a prekrvavitev, dihanje postaja pravilnej\u0161e in globlje, kar vpliva na okrepitev imunskega sistema. Z vadbo joge torej vzpostavljamo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>ravnovesje na vseh ravneh: fizi\u010dnem, \u010dustvenem, mentalnem in psihi\u010dnem. Pri tem ne smemo pozabiti na izbolj\u0161anje koncentracije, ravnote\u017eja in koordinacije, in s tem miselne sposobnosti. Vse skupaj pa privede do pozitivnih rezultatov, da postajamo tudi vse bolj pozitivno naravnani in umirjeni.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Joga pred in po surfanju<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z jogo poskrbimo, da je na\u0161e telo v odli\u010dni formi za surfanje in prav tako, da po surfanju telo lepo raztegnemo in se izognemo bole\u010dinam v mi\u0161icah. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asane<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se razlikujejo med seboj in z njimi dosegamo razli\u010dne rezultate in u\u010dinke.
