Ti so poudarili, da morajo ljudje v bogatih dr\u017eavah drasti\u010dno zmanj\u0161ati u\u017eivanje mesa, hkrati pa opomnili, da se v nekaterih regijah, kot je Ju\u017ena Azija, trenutno soo\u010dajo s premajhnim vnosom kalorij in pomanjkanjem beljakovin, kar je posledica pomanjkanja rde\u010dega mesa.<\/p>\n<p>Izpostavili so tudi, da je \u017eivinoreja katastrofalna za okolje, saj proizvede 18 odstotkov toplogrednih plinov in prispeva h kr\u010denju gozdov in pomanjkanju pitne vode, povzema francoska tiskovna agencija AFP.<\/p>\n<p>Profesor z londonske univerze in eden od avtorjev \u0161tudije Tim Lang je komentiral, da smo trenutno v katastrofalni situaciji. Prehraniti 10 milijard ljudi do leta 2050 z zdravim, trajnostnim na\u010dinom prehranjevanja, po njegovih besedah ne bo mogo\u010d brez spremembe prehranskih navad. Po njegovem mnenju potrebujemo spremembo v globalnem sistemu hrane, kakr\u0161ni \u0161e nismo bili pri\u010da, poro\u010da portal Deutsche Welle.<\/p>\n<p>Prehranski na\u010drt Langa in kolegov terja, da se u\u017eivanje nekaterih vrst hrane, kot sta meso in sladkor, do leta 2050 razpolovi.<\/p>\n<p>Odrasli ne bi smeli pojesti ve\u010d kot 14 gramov rde\u010dega mesa dnevno, kar predstavlja na primer polovico rezine slanine. Pri tem ta vir prehrane ne bi smel predstavljati ve\u010d kot 30 kalorij. Samo nadev hamburgerja, ki ga v Severni Ameriki prodajajo kot t. i. guarter pounder, na primer vsebuje 450 kalorij. Trenutne prehranske smernice priporo\u010dajo, naj se ne zau\u017eije ve\u010d kot od 50 do 70 gramov rde\u010dega mesa dnevno.<\/p>\n<p>V skladu z novo dieto \u010dlovek tudi ne bi smel pojesti ve\u010d kot 29 gramov perutnine dnevno, kar je na primer poldrugi pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dji ocvrtek, znan kot nugget, in 13 gramov jajc oz. ne ve\u010d kot 1,5 jajca na teden.<\/p>\n<p>Na drugi strani bi morali ve\u010d kot podvojiti u\u017eivanje sadja, zelenjave in stro\u010dnic, kot so fi\u017eol, \u010di\u010derika in le\u010da, \u0161e posebej v revnej\u0161ih dr\u017eavah, kjer ve\u010d kot 800 milijonov ljudi dnevno ne zau\u017eije dovolj kalorij.<\/p>\n<p>Prehranski na\u010drt izpostavlja tudi pomen u\u017eivanja polnozrnatih \u017eit, kot sta na primer je\u010dmen in rjavi ri\u017e, a hkrati priporo\u010da zmanj\u0161anje vnosa \u0161krobnatih \u017eivil, kot sta krompir in manioka, na ne ve\u010d kot 50 gramov dnevno.<\/p>\n<p>Avtorji \u0161tudije so zapisali, da se tak\u0161na idealna dieta seveda razlikuje od regije do regije, a dodali, da so \u017eeleli s svojim prehranskim na\u010drtom predvsem pokazati, da lahko vsak na svetu zau\u017eije potrebnih 2500 kalorij dnevno, pri tem pa ostane zdrav in pomaga planetu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Klju\u010dno je u\u017eivanje manj rde\u010dega mesa, pri \u010demer gre predvsem za izziv, kako spremeniti \u010dlove\u0161ko obna\u0161anje,&#8221; je za AFP komentiral direktor In\u0161tituta za raziskave vpliva podnebnih sprememb v Potsdamu, \u0161e eden od avtorjev \u0161tudije Johan Rockstrom.<\/p>\n<p>Dodal je, da je prav tako klju\u010dno zmanj\u0161anje vnosa \u017eitaric in gomoljev oz. prehod na ore\u0161\u010dke, sadje, zelenjavo in stro\u010dnice kot glavni vir prehrane, o \u010demer se sicer obi\u010dajno manj govori.<\/p>\n<p>Rockstrom in kolegi so prepri\u010dani, da bi njihova dieta pove\u010dala vnos klju\u010dnih hranil in zmanj\u0161ala vnos nezdravih nasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob.
