Virusi lahko na povr\u0161inah pre\u017eivijo nekaj ur. \u010ce nismo previdni, jih lahko z rokami prenesemo v usta, nos in o\u010di ter se tako posredno oku\u017eimo. Znaki bolezni, ki se pojavijo v nekaj dneh po oku\u017ebi, so mrazenje, povi\u0161ana telesna temperatura, suh ka\u0161elj, glavobol, bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah in sklepih ter izrazita utrujenost.<\/p>\n<p>Naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161a za\u0161\u010dita pred gripo je cepljenje, ki ga je najbolj priporo\u010dljivo opraviti pred sezono gripe. Na Nacionalnem in\u0161titutu za javno zdravje (NIJZ) ga \u0161e vedno priporo\u010dajo, saj je vrhunec sezone obi\u010dajno konec januarja in v za\u010detku februarja. &#8220;Tudi \u010de zbolimo, imamo s cepljenjem manj\u0161o mo\u017enost za pojav zapletov, ki lahko spremljajo bolezen,&#8221; je za STA pojasnila Eva Leban z NIJZ.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Imunski sistem prvi v boju z boleznimi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Pred gripo in drugimi sezonski obolenji lahko ukrepamo predvsem preventivno z upo\u0161tevanjem priporo\u010dil za zdrav \u017eivljenjski slog z raznovrstno prehrano z veliko sadja in zelenjave, rednim gibanjem, sprostitvijo in zadostno koli\u010dino spanja. Zdravemu \u017eivljenjskemu slogu je priporo\u010dljivo slediti vse leto, saj uravnote\u017eena prehrana in telovadba zgolj nekaj tednov pred \u010dasom sezonskim obolenj ne bodo imeli \u017eelenega u\u010dinka. &#8220;Z zdravim \u017eivljenjskim slogom delujemo dolgoro\u010dno in prepre\u010dujemo obolenja,&#8221; je opomnila Lebanova.<\/p>\n<p>Z u\u017eivanjem raznovrstne prehrane z dovolj sadja in zelenjave razli\u010dni prehranski dodatki po priporo\u010dilih NIJZ niso potrebni, a se za njihovo uporabo odlo\u010di marsikdo, predvsem decembra, v stresnem predprazni\u010dnem \u010dasu, so za STA pojasnili v Lekarni Bitenc. V Lekarni \u017dupan\u010di\u010deva jama pa opa\u017eajo, da dodatke za krepitev imunskega sistema ljudje i\u0161\u010dejo, ko \u017ee zbolijo, \u010deprav je njihova uporaba najbolj smiselna, ko smo \u0161e zdravi. Za razli\u010dne dodatke in vitamine se odlo\u010dijo tudi star\u0161i otrok, ki obiskujejo vrtec, kjer se boleznim skoraj ni mogo\u010de izogniti.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je za STA pojasnila mamica triletnice, so v preventivi pred boleznimi doma dosledni predvsem pri umivanju rok, vsak dan gredo tudi na dalj\u0161i sprehod. Ker je deklica zelo neje\u0161\u010da in ne poje veliko sadja ter zelenjave, ji v zimskih mesecih k prehrani dodajo \u0161e vitamin D in multivitaminske pripravke. &#8220;Vsako leto preizkusim tudi kak\u0161en dodatek za odpornost, ampak nekega izbolj\u0161anja na ra\u010dun jemanja \u017eal ne opazim,&#8221; je \u0161e dejala mamica.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Bolni ostanimo doma ter poskrbimo za svoje zdravje in zdravje drugih<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;\u010ce zbolimo in hodimo naokoli, smo potujo\u010di razna\u0161alec bolezni,&#8221; opozarjajo na NIJZ. Gripa je nevarna zaradi zapletov, najpogosteje plju\u010dnice ali vnetja srednjega u\u0161esa, poslab\u0161ajo se kroni\u010dne bolezni, na\u0161tevajo na NIJZ.<\/p>\n<h2><b>\u010cas sezonskih obolenj nevaren predvsem za starej\u0161e, najmlaj\u0161e in kroni\u010dne bolnike<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce v nekaj dneh ni izbolj\u0161anja, predvsem \u010de vztraja visoka telesna temperatura in ka\u0161elj postane vse bolj gnojav, pomeni, da se je potek gripe zapletel s plju\u010dnico. V tem primeru je pregled in nasvet zdravnika nujen.
