Predstavljamo recept za muffine brez sladkorja in moke. Odli\u010den nadomestek za belo moko je kokos, namesto belega sladkorja pa lahko uporabite agavin sirup ali stevijo.<\/p>\n<p>Borovni\u010deve muffine, <span class=\"st\">ki so prava zakladnica zdravja, si lahko privo\u0161\u010dite brez slabe vesti<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2>RECEPT<\/h2>\n<h3>Sestavine za 12 muffinov<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 in pol banana<\/li>\n<li>2 \u010dajni \u017eli\u010dki <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">ekstrakta vanilije<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>4 jajca<\/li>\n<li>pol skodelice kokosove moke<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka cimeta<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke sode bikarbone<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 skodelice kokosovega olja<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u010dajne \u017eli\u010dke soli<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 skodelice borovnic &#8211; sve\u017eih ali zamrznjenih<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Priprava:<\/h3>\n<p>Pe\u010di\u010do najprej segrejte na 180 stopinj in pripravite papir\u010dke za peko muffinov. V skledo srednje velikosti vstavite banane, ekstrakt vanilije in jajca, nato pa zme\u0161ajte z mikserjem. V me\u0161anico banan dodajte suhe sestavine (kokosovo moko, cimet, sodo bikarbono in malo soli). Me\u0161ajte, dokler se ne zgosti. Nato dodajte stopljeno kokosovo olje in ponovno me\u0161ajte, dokler se ne zgosti. Ne\u017eno vme\u0161ajte borovnice in zmes vstavite v peka\u010d za muffine. Po \u017eelji po vrhu potresite cimet.
