Tisti, ki so vsak teden zmernemu gibanju posvetili najmanj 25 ur, pa so tveganje skoraj razpolovili, po poro\u010danju francoske tiskovne agencije AFP dodaja \u0161tudija.<\/p>\n<p>Njeni avtorji so pri tem priznali, da vsak pa\u010d nima \u010dasa, da bi toliko \u010dasa posvetil gibanju. Zato so izpostavili &#8220;\u010dasovno u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e aktivnosti&#8221;, ki pospe\u0161ijo bitje srca, kot so kolesarjenje, tek in tekmovalni \u0161porti. Navedli so tudi, da pove\u010devanje aktivnosti s petih na 25 ur nima dodatnih koristi, ko gre za sr\u010dno-\u017eilne bolezni.<\/p>\n<p>Ekipa raziskovalcev pod vodstvom profesorja Bo Xija z oddelka za epidemiologijo na univerzi Shandong na severu Kitajske je v \u0161tudiji preu\u010dila podatke, ki so jih v okviru raziskav o nacionalnem zdravju med letoma 1997 in 2008 letno zbirali med 88.140 ljudmi v ZDA. Podatke o gibanju so nato primerjali s podatki o smrtih v letu 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskovalci so sicer posvarili, da iz tak\u0161ne, opazovalne \u0161tudije ni mogo\u010de potegniti trdnih zaklju\u010dkov, pri \u010demer so kot \u0161ibko to\u010dko navedli tudi dejstvo, da so ljudje o svojih gibalnih navadah poro\u010dali sami.
